They can't tell the difference between grass and weeds. They spray weed killer around flower beds and shrubs. They have killed so many of my ornamentals. You get drift when you spray weed killer. Truly an ignorant landscape company. Bad training and bad management.

I am a owner in the summerlake HOA. Since you all began in January my property and neighborhood has gone downhill. As of yesterday 4/28/21 for the third time, you mowed but did not edge or trim and when I asked your staff if they would they stated they would complete today 4/29/21. As of noon noone has returned, and your staffed moved on to the next phase. Also your staff butchered part of my lawn when the mower fell off the curb and destroyed my lawn. Do not tell us you have a work order system, you staff ignores the work orders as they know and hope they I’ll take care of it when they are back the next week. I am debating contacting an attorney as well as I will be doing everything in my power to get in contact with your CEO Tim Portland.

We are new to the neighborhood but when we came house hunting last year it looked AMAZING-Tropical Rainforest for someone moving from Texas where they cut every tree down and the heat is nuts! Since Yellowstone started taking care of the neighborhood it has changed so much and not for the better. Leaves are taking over the grass area, nothing ever gets bagged like REW did. Dry spots everywhere, uneven grass, no clean up for clippings, everything looks rushed. The look of the neighborhood now is definitely not what it was and what we fell in love with.

Yellowstone recently got a contract with our community but their work has been terrible. I have opened many tickets for weeds, trimming, cleaning and none of them have been taken care of.

I decided to give Yellowstone a chance after our HOA switched contracted companies this year. Well, four months later and I'm done giving them a chance. It was such a mistake to switch to Yellowstone. They aren't just contracted to mow, edge and trim bushes, but they are also supposed to weed. They do less than sub-par work, if at all. My back yard is never mowed evenly. It always has patches that aren't mowed at all. Most recently they mulched and while the mulch I received was plentiful, they mulched over all the weeds! They don't pick up the grass that's mowed either - all the cut up grass is left on my yard. These workers just don't care at all and the community looks awful now. If I didn't pay HOA fees for them to do the work, I'd gladly do it myself.

They took over our property at Nona Preserve last year and it's been a nightmare.
1. Grass should be mowed more often than once a month. And don't be afraid to drop the blade deck when mowing.
2. It takes more than 1 sweep up and back to mow the back end of Silver Buttonwood.
3. Clippings and leaves should be picked up and not blown onto people's property.
4. Weed killer should not be used as an edger.
5. Hanging tree branches should be clipped.
6. Ant hills should be taken care of, not walked around or stepped over and ignored.
7. Hedges on the property should be trimmed down, not let grow wild and tall.
8. Dead plants/shrubs on common areas should be removed not ignored.
9. Sprinklers are a hot mess. You neve know if or when they're coming on.
10. You leave when job is done, not leaving things half done and rushing to fly off property at 5 minutes to the hour.

Property Nona Preserve

Loud, rude, and fake. Workers constantly visit my apartment area to mow the same spot of grass for 8 hours. Their machines are obviously loud so it ruins any outdoor time/experience for the whole day they are 'working'.

Their landscapers / tree people are frauds. I've witnessed them stating a tree is dead and needs to be removed, when the tree was fine and just damaged from a storm. The tree in question is still standing and GREEN. The landscaper was just trying to con his way into an unnecessary paycheck.

Our Summerlake HOA changed to Yellowstone and that was a huge mistake! The amount of complaints on their work is unbelievable! Today was my day, they made a mess on our lanai and front porch and rammed through a pipe outside.

Highly recommend Doug Wilson for any type of tree work, he has the equipment and expertise to safely and efficiently get the job done right, and his price is very reasonable

These guys are great! They show up on time. Went above and beyond on my trees and quoted me less than the other two companies that came out and gave me quotes. Two thumbs up for these guys for sure!!! 👍🏼👍🏼

Quick response to initial call and very fair price for a job well done. This is not three guys with a chainsaw. They have all modern equipment and did an outstanding job. Clean up was excellent and I now have sun in my yard. Highly recommend their services.

JDW Outdoors has removed and trimmed trees for me 2 or 3 times. They are timely and very thorough in their work. They also took the time to cover some small plants that I had nearby in order to protect them before they began trimming. My neighbors have also commented on how good their work was and asked me for their contact info. I plan to continue using this company in the future.

Doug and his crew were AMAZING! They were doing a neighbor's trees, so I asked to get a quote. Doug came over, assessed the situation with a n old Laurel Oak that branches had been rotting and falling. My tenant (duplex) was very worried about his truck and I'd already gotten 2 quotes from recommended companies that service Downtown and Conway area. I couldn't afford them. Doug was able to give me a reasonable price! We scheduled for the following week (yesterday). They were on time, courteous and respectful! Did a GREAT job and removed and cleaned up beautifully! Very happy and impressed! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
