Butchered my tree on behalf of OUC. I doubt they employee anyone who can actually trim a tree the correct way.

Their workers broke into my private facility and then chose to verbally assault me when I told them they had to leave. This company is a JOKE

I've tried to call every number they have in Florida over this. I manage a property that they left huge portions of tree's on my side of the fence. They don't care apperntly.

Davey Tree Service has giving me the runaround for 6 weeks to remove branches from my yard which they drop their while cutting trees for the county. The branches are still there.

As you will see there's many complaints about this tree company they're not florida-based they're not local don't use them they do not respect your company they came on my property to do City work they ran over my septic clean out they broke it then they denied that they were ever on our property

Horrible working people they did trim the tree's around the utility lines but never came back to remove branches

When are they going to get put out of business they destroyed our sidewalk they said they were never on our property with equipment our neighbor watched the whole thing and they still deny it even though we have proof they're not local they survive by City funded work don't let them on your property numerous numerous numerous homeowner accounts of property destruction

This company uses the motto very well, that service is our passion. They are so passionate about customer service that you call and they close your call, or they have too much work or they just pay lazy people who don't do their job.

Destroyed my mothers plants and was really really rude to her when she had asked to speak to a supervisor. No offence to anyone but they could not speak English and was really short and rude! Will file a formal complaint along with pictures! They were on behalf of OUC! They left the side gate open(which is always closed) and her dogs ran after another dog and could have been either hit by a car or something and could have happened. They are older dogs 10 and 11 years old. Everyone who has had an issue really needs to take it further so something can be done!!

Absolutely abhorrent behavior. Cut down a neighbor’s tree and they left it in my parent’s yard (after my parents asked them not to in the first place). It took a week for someone to pick it up, even though they called the company multiple times to complain. In the meantime my father bundled it up for them so he could do yard work. Today, my mother hears them outside, walks out to make sure the items in our yard and picked up, and had the most surreal experience. She told them they need to take the tree on our side since it was just left there. The first guy told my mother not to have an attitude with him and rolled up the window on her. A second guy got out and after asking my mother a bunch of asinine, accusatory questions in a rude and dismissive tone (how did it get bundled? For instance), got onto the back of the vehicle and said to her, “Maybe you should get a job instead of sitting on your butt.” My mother is retired after working for approximately 40 years of her life. Is this the kind of representation you want for you company? This could have been avoided if the tree, again not ours, hadn’t been placed on our property. However, since that happened, did it really need to take multiple phone calls and days of waiting, where my father has to do your job so he can just take care of his yard, to then be treated so poorly? We weren’t even your customers but we will never recommend your company to anyone. So, is this the kind of representation you want for your company? Are these the kind of people you want coming to your home?

Poor Service, unresponsive and unprofessional.

We hired them to remove two palm trees and remove the stumps. They removed the palm trees but didn't remove the stumps per their contract. Could not get the manager to respond to any emails or phone calls regarding the job. Finally we get the accounting department threatening to send us to collections for nonpayment. When we offer to pay half the bill for just the tree removal we again hear crickets.

They block the roads completely, are rude, go out of their way to inconvenience everyone and not do anything about it. Plus, they also take no precautions with personal property.
