If these people weren't protected by the city they'd be shut down. 3 times now they've come into our yard for OUC and completely cut down entire trees in our back yard. Today I just happened to be home and stopped him before they cut down yet another tree for no reason. The tree that's left standing is basically a few twigs at this point with a few leaves. If it was possible to file a lawsuit and be worth my time I would file a suit every single time they barge into our backyard.

Absolutely beyond horrible company and the supervisors could care less what their people cut down.

As an ISA certified arborist I can tell you they do horrible work. The guys they send out are basically day laborers that are comfortable in a bucket. They make large unnecessary cuts, leave stubs, and routinely leave trees that need to be cleaned up by someone that actually knows what they’re doing.

This company is a disgrace. They never clean up after themselves and seems like they are just kids cutting trees and branches contracted by Duke Energy. Leaving branches on electrical lines because,"hey who cares about safety as long as we are paid." No accountability whatsoever.

In my opinion, if you want a company that will take amazingly beautiful trees and turn them into unsightly disasters, these people are exactly who you are looking for! The trees along our road in my opinion look so terrible and this company is to blame! I sincerely hope they go bankrupt and become irrelevant.

These workers decided to start cutting down trees across from our hotel at 6:15 in the morning. 7:00 am noise ordinance doesn’t hold enough of a fine if a company this big continually starts at what ever time they want. They were here for only an hours worth of work.

Steve with Dryer Vent Pro was excellent from start to finish. He got me on the schedule quickly, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made everything EZ! Including accepting credit cards, texting the receipt and commiting to sending helpful reminders for future cleanings, so that I remained compliant w/ my condo Board.

He’s reasonably priced, works efficiently, and was respectful of my home (and my yappy dogs). You can tell he takes pride in his work and values his customers.

Professional, reliable, and genuinely pleasant to work with; I’ll absolutely be using him again and highly recommend his services.
