Very attentive, pro-active and reliable, not to mention our dogs love them. Max not only takes care of the chemicals, he communicates if added attention is needed plus the pool looks awesome!

We have been customers of Prestige Pools for 7 years and counting now. They are the only ones we trust with our pool. Their customer service is outstanding and they really pay attention to detail. Our pool has turned green a few times due to the ever changing Florida weather throughout the years and they get it back to blue withing a few days. They know what they are doing and we highly recommend them for all your pool care needs.

I switched to prestige this year. Glad I did, my pool never looked better. Luv the call cards left behind to inform on what was done. Would recommend them 💯%

After a poor experience with another pool service company we made a switch to Prestige and were thrilled with the results. Tony and his crew were incredibly professional. A pool servicer showed up around the same time on the same day every week, took great care of our system, and left behind a paper detailing the work done and any issues that were found. And all this came at a better price then our previous company. I would whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone in the area who's unsatisfied with their pool service.

This company has been servicing my pool for years. They show up every week, rain or shine (even with an incoming hurricane). Very professional and reliable. They don't just show up and dump chlorine in my pool but they take the time to perform a complete service including weekly chemical testing. Water looks amazing all year round.

Over the past few years, John has always been reliable, thorough, and consistent with the service he provides. He’s friendly and trustworthy and we couldn’t be happier that he remains our pool technician!

I’ve been with Prestige Pool Service for more than 2 years now and Love them!!! They have turned my pool around … they care about their customers. Tony is always helpful and I’ve already referred others and they are so happy with the service. Shelly does my pool… always takes her time… takes care of every detail of the pool…always willing to help and answer questions…. Very friendly…I completely trust her and this company. So refreshing to have people that don’t rush in and rush out. Highly recommend. (Oh and they leave a card every week with what they’ve done … where the chemicals are at and a friendly note …who does that?! They are the best !)

I’ve been using Prestige pool services since 2019 on all my properties. Tony has always been fair, courteous, and professional! Max is by far the best pool technician I’ve ever had. He is always dependable like clockwork with no excuses consistently bringing the quality! Thanks to Tony and his team we finally have a crystal clear pool!!! We had a bad algae problem, and after reading some pool companies reviews, we decided to go with Prestige Pool. We couldn’t be happier! The first month Tony himself came over multiple times until he was totally sure the algae wasn’t coming back. Now we are enjoying our beautiful pool without worrying about cleaning, brushing, testing the water and adding chemicals all the time. They make sure my pool stays clean and inviting . I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good & reliable pool service.

Tony and his crew are the REAL deal! I recently moved to Winter Park and went through 4 sub par pool companies that did way less than they promised to the point that I had black mold growing and around it. Tony and his team came in and did an assessment and came back the very next day. I was stunned at how beautiful our pool looked. I have been more than pleased with their work and ability to take care of our pool. It’s so nice to be able to trust a company like Prestige to do a great job and treat it like it was their own pool. I highly and overtly recommend them to care for your pool needs. Bravo Prestige!

UPDATE—5 months later and the service is still amazing!!! Our pool looks beautiful, clear, and pristine. Tony’s team is the real deal and highly recommend his service. They always do exactly what they say they do and are by far the best we’ve ever had. When it comes for raise and bonus time, our rep Bob for sure deserves it! He’s the very best. Thanks again guys.

I first posted this review when we were just a few months into our relationship with Prestige Pool Service. We’ve been using Prestige Pool Service for a few years now and we have been very happy with our service. Our service is consistent and they take very good care of our pool, letting us know exactly what is needed each week. Shelly is very thorough and ensures that chemicals are all balanced and the filter is cleaned regularly. If she sees any challenges she lets us know right away. Our puppy Bodhi looks forward to her visits every week when she takes just a few minutes of her busy day to say hello. If you are looking for weekly pool service look no further!

We had Pinch A Penny pool service for years, but their prices got crazy. We switched to Prestige and are very happy with the service.

Updated to add: They are fine if you don’t need help or have questions. Tony “doesn’t have time to return calls” and is “only one man.”

Tony and Bryan do great work, never had any issues. If I have any issues with my pool that are quick to repair and resolve the issue. Very professional and attentive. We’ve been a happy customer for 16 yrs
