I've used the company's services twice already. There is really nothing more to ask for. Both appointments were exemplary. Steve is courteous, professional, and punctual. And the value of the service is very good.

I called in the morning and Steve was at our house by the afternoon. Our dryer had been taking 3 cycles to dry one load. After he cleaned out the vent from the inside and the roof, it took one cycle plus 5 minutes. So much better!!! Now I can get more than one load completed a day.

I originally called because I noticed the vent at the roof wasn't hooked up to the pipe coming from the dryer. Steve crawled around in the attic to get it connected (in Florida in July no less) and was done in just a few minutes. However upon testing the vent on the roof he found there still wasn't air flow coming out. After a bit of searching and deduction, and cutting a couple of holes in the drywall, we actually found the pipe had come disconnected inside the wall. Once that was found he quickly reconnected them, gave the vent tube another cleaning, and hooked everything back up. Now there's no restriction on air flow and everything works the way it's supposed to. No idea how long it was like that but am glad to have it fixed.

Steve took great care in his job and genuinely seemed to care about what he did and that all problems were taken care of. Friendly, attentive to detail, and thorough. Excellent quality and I only wish I could say more.

My dryer was taking forever to dry so I googled to find out why. I went online to find a company in my area and within 30 minutes of my online inquiry, I received a phone call from Steve and was able to get on the schedule that very morning. They came out right on time and cleaned out a very dirty vent and reattached the vent in the attic. The pricing was exactly as indicated on the website - no bait and switch and I am telling all my friends to get their vents cleaned regularly. We could have had a fire if we didn't call them when we did.

I am so happy I called them. We had been having trouble with our clothes dryer, which was at least eight years old. I went and bought a new dryer. The new dryer was not drying our clothes. I called Dryer Vent Pro to come out and inspect and clean out the vent. Steve, the technician, found that the vent stack was never reconnected to the vent when our roof had been replaced. He immediately reconnected and repaired the vent, and his price to fix this and clean out the vent was unbelievably low! We are so happy with his work we will reschedule every two years for him to come out to clean out the vent. Thank you so much!

Steve responded promptly to our request for a service call and arrived on time. He was thorough and professional, and quickly demonstrated his experience in resolving the source of our dryer vent problem. We had dryer lint in the attic, and the problem was a 12 x 6 x 1 inch clump of lint partially clogging the vent cap. He completely cleaned out the entire vent pipe and the dryer itself, checked to make sure there were no air leaks and that the dryer was working properly. I highly recommend his service.

Booked my appointment online and Steve called to confirm. He was so knowledgeable and efficient during our appointment. We live in a newly constructed home, so it was weird that our dryer was having venting issues. He quickly diagnosed the most likely situation, climbed up on our roof and saw that during construction the screen was left in place which you shouldn’t have on your dryer vent! Steve, was right on time, always communicated and was great to work with. He was extremely thorough cleaning the dryer itself, the ducting by moving the dryer and then cleaning the roof vent. He was able to measure the suction and pressure and give me an estimated flow improvement as well when his process was finished. Will definitely use again

Steve Yonkman was referred to me by some friends who recently were having dryer issues and I'm so happy with the service provided. You know how it is, you are doing laundry for years and years when all of a sudden you are having to do several cycles of drying just to get those work pants or comforter dried up. It's frustrating and costly so after checking around you come to learn it might be that the vents are needing some service. As I said, some friends recently got theirs done so I sent a text message and was able to get a visit that very afternoon. I received a text message 15-20 minutes before he would arrive and was perfectly on time. Steve assessed the situation and got to work not only cleaning the wall vent but he also cleaned up the interior of my older version of a dryer which I have. He replaced the connector hose, which was old as heck, free of charge, which I appreciate. Am keeping the business card he left because I greatly appreciate wonderful service, punctuality and someone who gives great service.

Called a couple of hours prior to his arrival to confirm, then again about 20 minutes out to confirm he was on his way. Worked quickly and efficiently. Our dryer works better now than it ever has.
