This is our second time using this company. We needed a tree removed and several trimmed on our rental property. Doug and his workers were very professional, on time and made sure to clean up everything before they left. Great Job!!

Jdw Outdoors did wonderful work for me after a storm left one of my trees resting in the tree beside it. It was a dangerous situation to go in the backyard because if the tree fell it would be bad. He came immediately and the next day was there to take care of it for me. I have since hired him to do work at my other properties and I feel his pricing is very fair and he does excellent work. I've seen the work of other tree companies which I would describe as a hatchet job but Doug is an artist and can make a tree safe and beautiful at the same time.

Great service. They were working down the street and I inquired about work at my house. By the end of the day, my (big) project was finished.

The team from JDW Outdoors Tree & Land Services did an excellent job trimming my trees and removing one dead tree. Doug, the owner, provided a very fair estimate for completion of the work and was easy to reach to answer any questions I had. He was able to schedule the work quickly which was great. Brennen and the team arrived when promised and skillfully completed the work. Before leaving they picked up all the debris, blew off the roof, driveway and sidewalks and left everything in great shape. I would highly recommend Doug and his team if you need any tree work done throughout the central florida area. Great experience!!

This is the second time I have had JDW out to remove a tree. As always they do a fantastic job. I will call them again later this year for another project. Great people with the right equipment to do the jobs fast, efficient, and safe.

This company is amazing. Not only the nicest people you will ever hire but they go above and beyond. When they trimmed the palms around my pool they also cleaned up around and in my pool! I did not expect that. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. This was the second time I hired them and I will continue to do so.

Doug and his crew did an excellent job of removing a diseased palm tree from my property. They were very careful when removing a section of my fence in order to get equipment in our backyard and made sure that no foilage was damaged in the process. In addition to removing the palm tree and grinding the stump, they also trimmed four other trees. Cleanup was excellent. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again for other projects.

10 out of 10 for these guys! The owner Doug was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. Called him out for one thing, and he ended up taking on multiple jobs in the yard. Great guys!!! Highly recommend them to anybody who asks. They go above and beyond, a little tree debris fell into the pool and they went to scooping it out without me saying a word. 10 out of 10!!! Would absolutely recommend these guys! 🙌🏼

Doug delivered what he promised. He came on time, worked efficiently with all his crew and did exactly what he recommended and I approved.
He trimmed every branch growing over the roof, cleaned up some trees they were growing funny, he did diamond shape to my palm tree. Now my yard is looking clean and ready to receive some sun!
Price is reasonable, but work was great.

What makes them unique are their courteous service, competitive quotes, and cutting edge technological equipment, especially the spider machine that maneuvers into narrow paths and reaches the highest tree to safely trim branches as needed (see their website like I did to help you make your decision). They are punctual, courteous, and professional in setting up the job, addressing all the needs during the process, as well as taking care of the proper cleanup before they leave. Doug is a very trustworthy individual, and operates on a handshake if need be. This is our annual street-wide tree butchering. The approach is consistent: hacking, slashing, and walking away. No proper pruning standards, no long-term planning—just damage severe enough that many of these trees decline and die within a few years.

This tree is a prime example. Power lines were installed for new construction, and over the past three years it has been repeatedly and aggressively cut back, leaving it structurally compromised. I grew this tree from a seed over 30 years ago. It is now riddled with fungal infection as a direct result of improper cuts.

The individual who performed the work claimed to be an arborist. That claim was false. The cuts made were neither informed nor responsible, and they have permanently damaged a mature, healthy tree.

This is not maintenance. It is negligence. And the long-term cost—to the trees, the neighborhood, and the environment—is being ignored entirely.
