We are extremely impressed and satisfied with the work we received from Mallard! We received a soft wash of our house, roof, and soffits, as well as our driveway and sideways cleaned. Jack was the gentleman who provided our services, and he was superior! He arrived promptly, was extremely friendly, and made sure to go over any customer requests prior to beginning the work. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend him and Mallard to anyone wanting this service done to their house. It looks brand new!

I love these guys. They are thorough , professional , courteous and thoughtful. I can not be more pleased. I have had them do my roof three times and my neighbors on each side of me have done their roofs as well. What a difference it makes as well. Plus during the course of cleaning, they do an inspection. This was especially important to my wife after the hurricane. Fortunately no issues. Our neighbors last hurricane were blessed to use Mallard as they discovered severe subtle areas that required repair replacement which were then covered by insurance. Had they not been found, it may. Not have worked out as well. Thank you Mallard and your team . I am also excited you do cleaning of the house as well

I have dealt with clay tiled roofs and gutters for over 40 years. I was certain I did not need this service. 24 hours later I am astounded with the service and results delivered by Mallard Systems and I am now a lifetime customer. My roof is literally as new as the day it was installed. Leaves and debris gone. Sealed gutters cleaned out. My house looks like it was repainted. Mallard Systems provided us with an exceptional experience. When our roof needed to be cleaned, they responded the same day with a reasonable quote and an appointment within a day or two. When Jack arrived, he took the time to explain what would be done and made sure we were 100% comfortable with the process. He did a fantastic job, and the roof looks phenomenal. From the office staff to the field techs, Mallard left us with a terrific and very positive impression. I could not recommend them more highly.

We’ve used Mallard Systems a few times. They are great to work with. Were able to quickly get us scheduled to get our roof, driveway, and sidewalks pressure washed. They took great care to continually put water on our plants as they cleaned our roof to ensure they didn’t die from the cleaning. Our driveway and sidewalk also look great! Would highly recommend them!

First time customer with Mallard but I researched them and decided to try them out for a soft roof wash.
Their crew of 2 arrived on time and gave me a thorough review of what was going to be done.
They did their prep items and within an hour they were done.
My 7 year old roof looked clean and fresh after their wash.
I will use them in the future as they do other services (pressure washer, Etc). Good crew.

My roof climbing days are over. After a recommendation from a friend, I requested a quote for roof cleaning on Monday afternoon. By that evening, I received a quote via email. Called Tuesday morning and service was scheduled for Wednesday morning. The crew arrived on time, explained the process, and went to work. Job was complete in just over an hour and the roof looks great. Received a follow up call Thursday morning and they also provided plenty of pictures of the work. Would definitely recommend!

They did a great job and were professional. Not sure about the price but they came highly recommended so we just went with them without much price comparison.

Mallard has been our “go to” roof cleaning company for the past 20 years. Professional, knowledgeable, punctual and reliable.

Roof was cleaned Great but they killed my St. Augustine grass on both sides of my house
Plastic was put down for looks I guess cause when they were finished they pulled plastic up and dumped all the bleach water on my grass
I will not use Mallard again

I have used Mallard Systems several times over the past 9 years. Each time they continue to deliver great service. For some reason I let my tile roof go a little longer than it should and it was quite dirty. I scheduled a service with Doug the salesman who I have talked with each time I needed service and now he just sends over a quote, I approve it and it is then scheduled. I was then contacted by Melanie and she scheduled the job, confirmed the appointment and she was one of the most pleasant reps I have ever talked to. The service techs showed up on time, went over the scope of work and began working right away. I had them clean the roof and also the screen enclosure and within a few hours they were done. We then walked the job to make sure I was satisfied before they left. I have always had positive experiences with Mallard Systems and I would not hesitate to recommend them. The roof looks brand new and I could not be happier.
