Mallard has excellent customer service!
Not only does Mallard do an excellent job in cleaning , but they standby their work. A mistake was made in the process of cleaning our roof, and they immediately, without our request, came out to assess the issue and went above and beyond to correct the problem!That is the sign of a truly great company! I cannot say enough good things about the people that did the work and especially for the people that supervise in the office, Lori and Dave!

Both the estimator and roof cleaners showed up on time and were very professional. They explained the entire process to me before doing the work. They did a great job; I couldn't be happier with the results. I requested before and after photos, which they sent to me.

They're licensed and insured, which gives me peace of mind. I have gotten lower quotes from other fly-by-night, uninsured roof cleaners, but I'd much rather pay a little more for professionals.

Mallard Systems is a service provider that does exactly what they promise they will do. I contacted Alexandra to schedule a service. Everything was so easy to schedule and to understand exactly what Mallard Systems was going to complete. The crew was very meticulous to make sure that our plants and lawn were taken care of properly. Our Spanish tile roof now looks like it is brand new instead of 9 years old with mildew and mold. When they were done, the crew took photos and walked the area to ensure that I was satisfied with the work.

I would highly recommend Mallard Systems.

They were pretty prompt, reasonably priced and sent before and after pictures as requested.

The roof does look much better. They even cleared the gutters from leaves. I would use them again.

The workers who did the cleaning were efficient and knowledgeable, they did a good job, I was also impressed with the office staff, especially Alexandria, she was polite and very helpful, I think Mallard systems should give her a raise.

The price was reasonable, they arrived on time, explained what they were going to do and asked if we had any issues before they left. Their office staff followed up a day later to see if we were satisfied. After having our tile roof cleaned people are asking if we had the house painted. What a difference it made. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

Crew arrived on time. They were very polite and listened to any concerns I had. Took good care of the landscaping. Exercised caution when walking on the tiles.

Edit, Aug 14: The supervisor came to the home and apologized. He offered to do whatever it took to make things right and I really appreciate that. That level of customer service is what I appreciate the most, and the integrity displayed by the company to make amends for the issues. All is well now.

This morning, Anthony and his team pressure washed the roof, drive, sidewalk and exterior of our rental home. The drive and sidewalk look clean but after further inspection, there was a lot of damage to our plants and landscaping. See attached photos.

I don't care how unnecessarily clean the drive way and sidewalk look, the level of care for our hard work in keeping plants and landscaping negates everything else.

The last one, was a very delicate cutting of a Frangipani we've been growing for over a year.

None of the pictured damage was noted on the work order, only the cracks in the sidewalk and driveway.

We used Mallard back in 2021 for cleaning our roof, and this time when I called to do it, again, I was pleasantly surprised that the price had gone up just a little! Service was quick, Colin was especially professional in making sure everything was perfect and I’ll only use Mallard in the future, as well!

I'm extremely pleased with Mallard Systems' roof cleaning service. It has truly made a significant difference. The gutters are spotless, and the roof shingles look brand new. I captured before-and-after photos, and the transformation is remarkable. Jack, the cleaning technician, did an excellent job on both the roof and the exterior of the gutters. He even ensured that the areas under the soffit, beneath the roof and gutters, were thoroughly cleaned to perfection.

My wife inherited her mother's home in Deltona and was getting it ready to sell. The roof was dirty and had some of that black spot on it. We were referred to Mallard Systems for cleaning the roof. We were a bit challenged as we live out of state and had to really rely of their integrity. They were very easy to work with and understood our situation. They scheduled the cleaning and kept us informed every step of the way. While they were there, we were called and told the gutters were in need of cleaning and they could do that at very little cost while they were there. When they were through the results were amazing, the roof looked brand new! We found the cost to be very reasonable and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
