We have been using Royal Maid Service for many years and have never had any problems with any of their cleaning teams. All have been attentive and friendly. But our latest cleaner, Sydney, was especially thorough, reaching to dust high and low and leaving our home spotless! We were very happy with her work and hope she can become our regular team. Royal Maids always notifies us the day before their scheduled arrival to let us know when to expect them. We feel safe with them in our home and they always do a terrific job.

I like the way I can call as needed and don't have to commit to a service contract. I like that they are dog friendly. I also use them in my real estate business for move-out cleanings of my listings. They have always done a great job cleaning vacant listings, top to bottom. I'm very pleased with the service they provide!

The service was almost great, but a few details held it back. The overall clean was decent, but there were noticeable misses—mirrors were left streaky, the microwave wasn’t fully cleaned, and we had to go over a few areas ourselves. What really surprised us was that they took all the cleaning supplies we had on hand, including two full rolls of paper towels, which felt a bit excessive. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not quite what we hoped for or what we’d consider above average.
