What a great experience with Royal maid Orlando. The owner, Toby, is a great guy to work with.I have had two other experiences with house cleaners before and they took all day, missed cleaning things that were obvious, and charged me an arm and a leg. I Believe this was the most efficient, thorough home cleaning I have ever had.My house is spotless and completely finished in less than four hours, and I have a big house! I was so impressed at the efficiency and I absolutely loved Isabelle, our cleaner. I think it’s definitely worth going with a larger name brand cleaning company, they know how to get the job done right and quickly. No one wants cleaners at their house for eight hours, I am very pleased!

Nikita did an amazing job. I needed a deep clean since I have been busy with cheer and soccer season. It was so nice to come home to to see everything clean. The communication was so easy and they follow-up up to ensure I was happy with everything.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Isabel was sent to my house for an estimate and she was rude beyond all recognition! I was completely flabbergasted by her attitude and the tone she spoke to me in. I have small children and they made a mess because that's what kids do. She actually gave me unwarranted advice on parenting and how I should use plug ins (I have three kids under three and two of them just pooped) so that was the smell she smelled. Anyway, I politely declined her services and their offer and decided to go with another cleaning service. I'm happy to say I will stick with the cleaning company I just found.
