I absolutely loved having Tropical Window Cleaning clean the outside of my home. They power washed, cleaned my roof, sidewalks, gutters, pool cage, you name it. They were SO professional, on time and just downright pleasant. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Tropical Windows have been cleaning my windows for 15+ years. They always do a great job, are always on time, professional and pleasant! I highly recommend them!! They are everything good about a small business!

TIME WASTERS ! Scheduled a power washing of driveway and pool area A MONTH in advance. Received a call earlier this week confirming that they were coming on Friday at said time. The time comes and goes this morning, so i called them to see if they are on their way. I am told "I'm sorry it's my fault I did not put you on the schedule." WHAT? I have rearranged my schedule, it was confirmed earlier in the week, plus scheduled a month in advance. Melissa was very apologetic..but her apology does not really help the situation they put us in. Melissa also said she can put me on the schedule for January 30th..but that would make a 2 month wait, so obviously, no thanks. Very unprofessional to say the least. We highly advise to steer clear of this company, TROPICAL WINDOW CLEANING HOME & COMMERCIAL SERVICES, as they will eat up your clock, months at a time, and not deliver. Many solid OTHER options available out there for power washing, that will actually deliver. Check Facebook Power Washing Services in your area, and find more professional and responsive options at a fraction of the cost.

The crew of 3 guys worked efficiently in and out of our house and the windows look like new! Reasonable price for the amount of work they do inside and out - a good value ! And you don’t have to worry about falling off a ladder - leave it to the pros!

What a well-run business! Professional in every aspect from obtaining a quote to shiny windows. The owner showed up with his team to clean the windows, tracks, gutters, and outdoor lights. Everyone was friendly and hard working. I was pleased with the results. They were efficient without seeming rushed.

We had our interior and exterior windows cleaned by Tropical Window Cleaning Home & Commercial Services in December 2023, and they did an outstanding job. They were very professional, efficient and very friendly. They were able to get our windows so clean , it’s like they are brand new!

Tropical Window Cleaning did an excellent job with our windows inside and out, including screens. Their crew of 3 were neat, courteous and worked efficiently. They carefully wore boot covers, placed their ladders and left windows crystal clear without making any mess or leaving wet spots indoors. If there was a spot on the window, I wasn't sure of, they went over it again right away. Look forward to having them regularly clean our windows externally twice a year and internally annually.

For the past 6 years, this has been my go-to company for any home maintenance issues I’ve needed help with and David and his team always rise to the occasion.
