My house is better than new after Tropical did their magic. My windows are sparkling and my patio has never looked better. The entire team exceeded my expectations in every way - I received an estimate within 48 hours and Melissa was able to fit in the job around a tight window to work around a relandscaping job at my place. I am amazed and impressed by the incredible difference this service made. I plan to do it two times a year and can’t believe I waited this long. ! I give TROPICAL my highest recommendation to anyone in need of their professional services.

Tropical Home and Commercial Services provided us a reasonable quote for cleaning our windows/doors inside & outside, cleaning our gutters and pressure washing our driveway. The team from Tropical arrived on time, worked tirelessly during their visit, were respectful of our home and completed the work exceeding our every expectation. Our 30 windows & 3 glass doors are now crystal clear, gutters clean & our driveway looks as good as new. Their attention to detail was evident during the process...a rarity today. We had Tropical do the soft scrub on our roof this week and Wes and his group of workers with him were very polite and my husband and I were very happy with the job.

John and Mark from Tropical worked diligently, neatly, and politely all day to get our windows inside and out, house, driveways, sidewalks, lanterns, pool deck and porches sparkling clean. They were happy to return to a couple of leftover streaks and follow instructions on not using chemical in certain areas. I was a little concerned if they would be everything done with just two of them as previously we had a team of 3 or 4 just doing the windows, but they worked incredibly hard, well and efficiently.
