Wanted to charge $500 to remove the shower stem. When I got the quote it was the price home office in Atalanta and manager on duty came up with. Technician was professional but management were being scam artists with their price.

I had an urgent request when our water meter broke and I had to find an emergency plumber. From what I can tell the work was performed properly. However, about 45 minutes of work cost $585 dollars. I know it was an emergency but I feel taken advantage of. That's more than twice hourly rate of a brain surgeon!

Scott and Arthur were wonderful to work with in a very stressful plumbing situation I came home to after a trip. They were efficient, kind, and professional and gave me many options to fix the problem. Would recommend!

They charged 700 for a toilet seal that cost 8 dollars at Home Depot because they took advantage of the situation in 2022. You guys need to have better prices for your customers it’s absolutely ridiculous you would charge this especially to people who don’t know any better. The guy who came in was nice but he smelled like toilet unfortunately. Due to pricing I would never use this company again. Not sure why the owner is responding with 2020 when I didn’t even live here in 2020.

Scott did an amazing job and was very honest unlike roto rooter who gave me a $750 estimate for a main line drain clearing that cost me $299 with Mr. Rooter. I certainly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

They advertise a $95 drain cleaning. But when you contact them they say they don't honor it and would have to send out a tech to give you pricing. They tried to charge me to send the guy even though the ad says no service call. When the tech got here he did nothing, he looked and the toilet and typed on his tablet for several minutes and then gave me the quote. $300 to $600, needless to say I sent them on there were and they were angry I didn't pay. I called someone else and they did it for $120. The job took less than 10 minutes. I would not call Mr Rooter for any service.

If i could give less stars i would but alas here we are, i have received service from this company a couple of days ago and i needed my main water valve replaced. Once the plumber came he asked my realtor which valve belong to me (the homeowner) she responded she is not a plumber but pointed to what she believed to be the correct valve (it was not the correct one).

Edit: after reaching out to some other members of the company, someone has since came back out to fix the issue regarding the valve.

Very professional and understanding to our issue. Helped diagnose our problem and find the best solution that wouldn’t totally kill our wallet. Our tech Tim Hartley was great and any issues moving forward I will be asking for him specifically.

Came out same day on weekend due to emergency. Enrique was awesome. This guy knows his stuff. Fixed everything professionally after another company broke a pipe and flooded my house.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing customer service is amazing. Tim, the plumber, was also great and explained everything. He went above and beyond to make sure we were good. Definitely, will be using Mr. Rooter again when needed.
