He went above and beyond for the buildout of our medical space, converting from the old tenant's space to our needs from trenched air lines to overhead HVAC. Ed is very detail oriented and kept us informed, through each decision - as well as multiple options for value engineering or change orders.

They were always accommodating and let us come by the site whenever we wanted, which meant a lot. They were patient with every decision and never made us feel rushed or like we were asking too many questions.
Carlton especially stood out. He’s genuinely one of the kindest and hardworking people I’ve ever worked with. He made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the whole process, and even months later he still checks in to make sure everything is going well. That kind of follow-through says a lot.
I’d absolutely recommend them if you want a team that actually cares and stands behind their work.

The prior company told me I needed a volt pack, a hard start kit, a contractor and a double capacitor. Okool came and tested the equipment and told me that I only needed the capacitor and they charged me far less for the capacitor than the other company charged me for that 1 item. I will be using Okool for all HVAC needs from now on!
