I could not be more happy with the service I received today. I saw my HOA out taking pictures of my unkept palm tree this morning and knew a violation was going to come my way. I decided to be proactive and one step ahead of them by calling Goodbye Junk right away as I have seen various neighbors use them. Jose answered right away, he was able to make it to my house within a couple of hours. He did an awesome job cleaning my palm tree up, I also had him cut a large branch from one of my other trees in the front yard and it looks so much better. Their pricing is very fair and I’m extremely satisfied with the service and customer service I received. Thank you Jose!

Needed an assortment of furniture and old junk thrown away, and Jose came to assist so fast! The process was very straightforward: I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote, and he came the next day to give me a reasonable price. After we agreed, he and his son carried out the service so quickly and efficiently—well worth the money spent :) They even accommodated my request to wear masks in my home due to my immunocompromised family member. Really happy I chose this company, and I’ll definitely call Jose again in the future :)

I just received Junk Removal services from Jose and his son Jared. Not only were they both extremely helpful with quoting pricing for the removal of my old couch and mattresses, but they were also willing to work with me due to being on a tight budget. They were both very personable and i did not feel rushed at all to proceed with the services after the on site quote. They were fantastic! Jose called me back right away and was able to come the next day. His price was way better than I was expecting! They came in quoted me and then removed all my junk fast. They were very professional. They asked me questions to confirm what was being removed and made sure they were ok to move different things out of the way. Once they finished we walked through what was done and we confirmed everything was taken care of. They even blew off the driveway once they finished up! Jose and crew were great. They showed up on time and got to work right away. They worked quickly and efficiently. They took everything and were very careful with my vinyl fence which was close by. I would highly recommend him for any of clearing and removal needs. Great job.

Jose & his son were wonderful! I contacted Jose on a Saturday and he came out the very next day to do a quote and removed the junk in less than 90 minutes!

Axel Works did a wonderful job removing mold and repairing my bathroom. I especially want to thank Gabriel for the excellent finishing touches and for keeping in touch with me and Eileen for always passing along my messages when I needed help. I would definitely use them again.

I would not recommend this company. I hired them to repair and remediate my bathroom after a leak, and the experience became extremely stressful and unprofessional.

During the project, I discussed wanting a jet tub installed and sent information on tubs I was considering. Without my authorization or signed approval, the company went ahead and purchased a tub on their own and then attempted to charge me thousands of dollars for it. When I explained that I only wanted them to install a tub I selected and approved myself, the situation escalated to the point where they attempted to place a lien on my home.

I ultimately had to involve my attorney to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, a couple of years later, I am still seeing signs of mold in the same bathroom area, which makes me question whether the remediation work was properly completed in the first place.

Overall, I found the company to be very unprofessional, difficult to work with, and lacking clear communication and proper authorization procedures. Based on my experience, I would not use them again or recommend them to others.
