This is the best carpet cleaning company I have ever had!!!! They do a superb job, very professional staff and Terry went above and beyond to ensure all carpets were perfect!!!! Thank you for a most outstanding job!!!!

I recently bought a home and they came and did an amazing job cleaning the house before we moved in. The previous owners had 2 bigger dogs and InstaDry was able to clean the carpets of all the dog fur and dander our normal vacuum could not pick up. Thank you!

Everyone I encountered from InstaDRY Deep Carpet & Tile Cleaning was extremely professional and knowledgeable.

Their dry cleaning process was far superior to the soaking-wet steam and vac services I have used in the past. With InstaDRY the carpet was indeed dry when the cleaning was completed, and there has been no "wicking-up" of dirt as I've experienced with other types of carpet cleaning services. Add to that the friendliness and efficiency of Don, my cleaning tech, and a great price...well, it doesn't get any better in my book.

It was a highly satisfying experience from beginning to end. I will certainly call InstaDRY in the future for all my carpet cleaning needs.

There is no better option for cleaning your carpet. Hands down, the best service you can receive. If they can't get the stain out, you'll need to get new carpets.

Prices are reasonable. Don't think that paying less is better. There is an art to cleaning carpet and InstaDry are artists.

Let It Dry Let It Dry Let It Dry. You do not have to worry about this rhyme when you use InstaDry. My second experience with this company and again I was impressed and satisfied. Half of the crib (home) more traffic than the other a special process, however, less than 3 hours and able to be traffic access, and the other half accessible within 15 minutes of the cleaning. Oh BTW, the most important part, my 3 Siamese had no problem before and no problem this time either. Although Snowey (10yrs fell in love with Lady J) and the two younger ones, Sissy and Sparkie, like always never wants to do anything with any visitor. So when the pets are also healthy and happy you carpets will never die when you use InstaDry. Plus your wallet will still show green (dollars) very well price for excellent service. Oz Randall

Excellent service. Don does a great and thorough job. He cleaned wall to wall carpet and travertine stone tile for us. Both areas look so much better. Highly recommend Don at Evolution Deep Clean.

We needed advice on deep cleaning our couch cushions, we gave Evolution Deep Clean a call and they advised us on the best solution - FREE OF CHARGE. What incredible service and professionalism. When we are ready to get this service, we will 100% be utilizing Evolution Deep Clean and telling all our friends!!

Great Job Don Snyder & Willie Santiago ! My carpet and tile looks fantastic !! Thank you for the late night service and personal touch. I would definitely recommend Evolution Deep Clean and will use them again. Thank you. Eve Thomas, Owner. Winter Park Athletlic Club.

Our carpet was a mess. InstaDry did an awesome job. The carpet looks great. So glad we used their service. Thanks. Don was friendly and professional.

The agent that came to my home had a great personality, he did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone because I will be calling them in future.

Thanks for the great service. We were moving into a new house the next day and I forgot to setup the carpet cleaning. Sent in a web request to these guys at 10pm and got a call back 2 minutes later...problem solved. Very professional. Thanks guys.

Andrew texted letting me know he was going to be at our house in roughly 10 minutes. Letting us know ahead of time was excellent in establishing expectations. Andrew did a great job in explaining the cleaning process as well as what we could do in maintaining the care of our area rugs. Andrew is very professional and a detail focused representative for InstaDry. We will recommend using InstaDry to anyone inquiring about rug cleaning.

Amazing! My white sofa looks brand new and I have two dogs so it was very dirty! The tile was also cleaned and looks brand new! My area rug was also cleaned and the colors now pop like brand new! I will now clean my sofas, tiles and carpets every year with them!

2nd time customer and I am still very well pleased! Cleaned some super dusty chairs that our vacuum cleaner couldn’t touch. Now they look great! No more dust! Love how effective yet safe they are for your home and family. Thanks again!

We needed a pet stain cleaned on our carpets just a day before we had company coming to stay with us. We called InstaDRY and "Donny" came out, did 3 of our rooms, and it was dry when he left. We have a dog, cat and 2 year old and this is great because we didn't have to worry about the kids or animals walking around on wet carpet. We would use them again.

Great quality and amazing service! We've had Marc out to take care of our puppy problems a number of times and he's extremely friendly and very effective! Spot cleaning and overall carpet cleaning has been awesome! My favorite part is that they use a DRY cleaning product which you can walk on by the time they're finished.. and it smells great too!! I can call them up before family/company comes in town and they'll be here next day. I will only use InstaDRY while I live in Orlando. Thanks again for the help Marc!

I have used Insta Dry several times and each time has been an excellent experience. My carpet is older and has some wear and tear however after they work their magic I am amazed at how great the carpet looks again. I also love that you can walk on it right after the cleaning because its not wet! Over the past few years of using Insta Dry I have also had the same technician Andrew each time, I like that!

My son gifted me with a whole-house carpet clean from InStaDry Carpet and Tile Cleaning. An owner and a cleaner named Andrew came and did such an amazing job. They were thorough, professional, informational, and I'm sure they were able to remove dirt that had been there for years, even though I tried to do an annual clean with a rental unit. I highly recommend this company to you!

I had a great first time experience with Don. He was on time and very communicative. I am very happy with the work performed. My carpet looks so clean and it smells fresh now. I will be a repeat customer :)

My carpets and area rugs came out very clean with no solvent residue. They feel very soft to the touch. Our tech, Terry, was very professional. Arrived on time and took the time to do the job right. I am very satisfied with the results and will be going on the maintenance program.

2nd time I had them come out. Very professional, personable and quick! They did an amazing job on my furniture and carpets. So happy to have everything deep cleaned and free of allergens.
