DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Andrew will try to take your money, Andrew has no customer service skills...ie calling myself dumb, idiot, moron and whatever else he was ranting on the phone (yes, I did call him a name after he tried to talk down to me and call me a bunch of names and tell me I don't know how to do math), Andrew will overcharge, Andrew will give the run around on work and pricing, the phone service doesn't work because whatever excuse Andrew is using that day, Andrew will lie about the time frame in which the work is to be done and Andrew will make up whatever he wants to take your money. American Home Shield has this terrible company working for them. Please look at all the reviews before using this awful company. Since no work was actually done, I can't comment on that. All of this took place before the actual work could begin.

I was assigned this company by my home warranty company because my A/C unit had broken that night, which was a Tuesday, by the way. When we called them the next morning to set up when they would be coming out to repair it, they told us that they would not be available until Friday. This is all during the dead of summer time of Florida where temperatures can reach over 100 degrees and they want me to wait 3 more days before they can do anything about it?! I told the person at the company that it is an emergency because I have a young child and animals in my house. At which point, they said the do not do emergencies and they are treating everyone the same regardless of their circumstances or situation. The person I spoke with not very friendly and did not any care of my situation. I do not recommending using this company at all.

My Home warranty services set me up with these Yahoos. They called me Monday am and scheduled it for Thursday evening, which was their first available! Thursday at around noon they called and had to cancel due to weather! Not a cloud in the sky and about 70 degrees out, not sure what weather. I know it snowed In Chicago on Thursday, but don’t think that affects Ocala. When home warranty called them to reschedule, Tuesday was going to be their next available! Nope, not dealing with that! Got someone else! Not very service oriented!

My request was sent on 8/31/2017 to my warranty company. Burleson never contacted me to set up an appointment, I had to call them. Then they were very rude when I asked why they did not contact me. They finally made an appointment for 9/6/2017 between 10a.m and 2p.m. On 9/5/2017 I received a call indicating they will be out between 1p.m. and 5p.m. on 9/6/2017. At 10:45 a.m. on 9/6/2017, I receive a call that all services have been cancelled due to the impending hurricane. Are you kidding me? I have been without A/C for almost a week and now they want to schedule for next week!?! Chelsee asks me, "So do you want to reschedule or not?" I tell her, "Do I have a choice?" And she tells ME not to be rude? Lady everyone I have spoken to at your office is rude and unprofessional. Don't worry about rescheduling my appointment, I called my warranty company and you are off the job!

If you are with a warranty company and they refer you to them Call your warranty company and ask for someone else. Do not go with them. We put in the request on on 5/19 our A/C would run for hours trying to get to 77 degrees. They were very accommodating and came out Monday night 5/29. He said our machine was really old gave us 2 options and said he'll submit everything to the warranty company. We have called everyday to both him his office and our warranty company and each time he tells us that he will submit right away and the warranty company it takes awhile to receive. The poor warranty company can't even do anything without his submission. So it's been a week we've had our A/C off since we don't have a million dollars to spend on A/C running 24/7 nonstop. And we are no closer than we were a week ago. They still haven't put anything in they still haven't submitted and our warranty company has even been calling them to try and get them to submit paperwork. Imagine how slow they will be to do anything else if this is just the start of it.

Would give these dudes a 0 if I could. These worst of the worst. Scam artists. Charging 1500 for Freon while a competitor charged 400 for the Freon. The Freon was worth more than the repair. Stay far far far far far away from this company
