Elvis the technician from Bert Norman Plumbing did a great job troubleshooting and resolving an issue I had with my master bedroom toilet and he couldn’t have been nicer. I would recommend them for any plumbing work.

The technician Elvis was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job for our annual water heater draining and plumbing inspection.

Bert Norman's is always so wonderful to work with! We have been using them for years for two homes and never hesitate to give them a call. The staff is knowledgeable and easy to work with every time. They are great with follow up too. They have done just about everything for us including a new water heater install, fixing a clogged toilet, analyzing and fixing a drainage issue in a bathroom, new toilet install, fixing a low water pressure issue, aerator and well pump install and more!

This was my first experience with Norman's Plumbing. From the first minute of my phone call speaking with your Office Manager, I was confident in my choice. She was professional, upbeat, efficient and her follow up was stellar. I met the next superstar when your tech, Donald, arrived at my door. Once again, personable great customer service skills, clearly knowledgeable, professional/clean cut and all around efficient. In my former life in South Florida, I was a VP with Miler Construction before serving as a consultant to multi million and billion dollar construction firms in FL (consulting the guys that I used to compete against). Shannon and Donald would be the kind of people I would guide my clients to "recruit away". Your people make your company and your compony culture attracts and keeps them. Great work! Happy to have found my plumber here in Yulee.

Hot water heater cracked and leaked into the garage on October 16, 2025. Called Bert Norman's Plumbing and Sarah worked us in...be there by 5 p.m. Jason showed up at 2 p.m. Installed a new heater and a booster. Top shelf service. Jason was true to the Bert Norman reputation for knowledgeable, professional, and friendly experts. Jason even removed a rat snake from the water shutdown valve. Elvis stopped by with the booster and assisted...great teamwork. Jason even cleaned the rust stain from the heater location prior to putting in the new heater. I have attached a picture of the new unit. Thank you again to Bert Norman's Plumbing and for Jason's great work.

Bert Norman's Plumbing Saved the 4th of July in 2023. With a corroded sink faucet that could not be removed and water connections that would not attach to a new under sink RO unit, Sarah worked some scheduling magic to send Mitch to our home. In less than two hours, Mitch was able to cut free the old faucet, install a new faucet, and put in new connections for the RO unit. Sarah was helpful, friendly, and stayed in constant communication. Mitch is a true professional with 35 years of experience. Thanks to the Bert Norman team, Sarah, and Mitch.

I called for a "well" repair and was happy to pay the fee for diagnosing the problem. The repair person called to say they didn't want to do the repair on the well pipe after putting me on hold. I was never offered an estimate or any other option but was charged the fee after they told me they don't actually do well repairs. I called the office to say it just didn't feel right that I was never offered an option because they don't do well repairs but still charged. The lady was extremely rude and said I should have been charged more as the lady making my appointment didn't charge me correctly! Wow... I'd actually give them zero stars.

Be prepared for VERY HIGH job-based pricing

Had a plumber from this company come out to replace a kitchen faucet, which took about 30 minutes of actual labor. The total bill came to $900 - $300 for materials and $600 for labor. That works out to roughly $1,200/hour for the actual work performed.

I feel morally obligated to share the pricing that is being offered here. I'm not here to complain - the work was completed as expected and the plumber did their job.

However, I want future customers to know that this company charges by the job, not by the hour. When I called to discuss how unfair I felt the price was, the office manager Shannon talked over me during our phone conversation. I'm deducting 3 stars for what feels like a price so exorbitantly high that it hurts and for the office manager's lack of professionalism.

Plumber came at the top of the time range. Gave advice. Did not have to be serviced. Only paid for service call.

First the technician Jason showed up on time, he was very clean and professional looking.
Jason diagnosed the issue and was able to repair it in a good quality type of work, he was friendly and knowledgeable about what he was doing , I will definitely use again if i need to.

What a wonderful experience. Scheduled appointment then received a call 30 minutes in advance of tech’s arrival. He was polite, covered his shoes, found the problem immediately, cleaned up water from a leak, then did a whole home inspection as part of the service call. Very respectful and knowledgable. Then got a call the next day to ensure we were satisfied. Now THAT’s good customer service!

I initially left a 5 star review two years ago for the great service we experienced for a plumbing emergency. I am revisiting my review to add that Bert Norman's just completed an extensive replacement of our plumbing. It was a big job and we could not be more pleased. Steven Wood was amazing, always helpful, confident and reassuring that it was going to be ok. He and Dylan worked so hard to get our plumbing straightened out. I'm so grateful for their attention to details, even down to the caulk. If I could leave 10 stars, I would.

Dylan was prompt and even early! Immediately located what the issue was, and had it remedied in less than 20 minutes. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend Bert Norman’s!

Bert Norman Plumbing was the most outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and polite company we have seen in quite a while. From a 6:15am panic call to the office manager on the day before Christmas Eve to the technician late in the evening installing a new hot water tank that they had to travel back and forth that day to get. Everyone that I spoke to took time, care, and efficiency to the highest level. I will never forget how they came to our rescue right before a holiday. I would go beyond recommending them and tell you that you would be lucky to have their team at your side.

We’ve lived here for five years now, and tried several plumbing companies. Bert Norman’s is by far the most knowledgeable and professional. We have even become “club” members Which gives us a complete home inspection and hot water heater purge each year. We also enjoy first call emergency service and 20% off repairs. That’s a pretty good deal to us.

Shanon, the office manager was friendly, easy to work with & sent a technician as soon as possible. Kris, the plumber was especially kind & sweet and very knowledgeable! He was quick and efficient in solving my shower problem. Kris also came in with shoe coverings and cleanup the shower when done! Highly recommend him! Liz Normand

We needed a pump motor on a Sunday morning we called Bert Norman the lady on the phone was very nice and we had a repair man out to our house in less than two hours. Steven was very polite and knowledgeable he explained what he was doing and made sure we were satisfied. I now know who I will call for all my plumbing problems.

They were able to come last minute on a Saturday when I experienced an issue with a new washer install. Very prompt, polite and completed the work very quickly.

After contacting Bert Norman's Plumbing concerning an emergency situation, Shannon, Office Manager was able to accommodate our request for timely service. Noah arrived and was able to diagnose the problem and was able to alleviate the emergency situation immediately. Noah even facilitated the ordering of necessary parts to complete the plumbing repair in a future date. This is the first time we have used Bert Norman's Plumbing services, and we were extremely satisfied with the outcome.

We've used Bert Norman's Plumbing a couple of times and most recently used them to install 3 new sinks/faucets and a washlet we had purchased as part of a renovation. Mitch was AMAZING! He was the ultimate professional and very meticulously ensured the vessel sinks were exactly positioned where we wanted them. As part of the service Mitch also replaced all the shut off valves (so much easier to use now) and all the pipes/hoses. And on the toilets even replaced the little ring against the wall (that rusts over time) with nice new white ones (the little details matter). And when it was all done, as part of the clean up Mitch even took all the empty sink/faucet boxes so I literally had to do nothing but enjoy the finished product. We will continue to use Bert Norman - great office staff and communication, and enjoy the very clear up front pricing approach.

I was giving their phone number as a backup to get a second quote on a job needing to be done so far I had made four or five or more phone calls to other places and basically they have all shut me down stating that they would have to come out and see it in person which would cost me more money than what I have wouldn't even attempt to look at my quotes or the video that was taken and Shannon at Bert Norman's plumbing went over and beyond my expectations they were not within my jurisdictions so her helping me it was more than she really had to do.. Shannon was very nice and so was Casey polite in every possible way and answered any questions that I had and did anything and everything they could to help me which just blew my mind but they provided answers that no one else would. So thank you very much I greatly appreciate it and I highly recommend Bert Norman's plumbing they charge by the job not by the hour five stars hands down very polite very courteous and just all around awesome manners!!!
