Bert Norman Service Technician Elvis performed a thorough and professional evaluation and service replacement for our 2 Moen water faucet fixtures in our master bathroom. He was clear with us regarding the leakage problem(s) with our 18+ year old fixtures and the repairs/fixes available for the units, including the cost of total replacement. He replaced the leaking cartridges after making a separate trip to the Bert Norman warehouse to retrieve the correct parts. All accomplished in a single service call with no follow-up clean up required.

Highly recommend Bert Norman's Plumbing. The office was very helpful in getting Steven, our plumber, out to us in just a couple of hours. Steven was courteous, explained everything that was needed, and quoted a price that was fair and reasonable. The office followed up to be sure our issue was solved. Really a great experience.

Replaced water pump, a new pressure valve and ran new PVC pipes. Dylan was the service technician. He was very courteous, well mannered and helpful. He explained everything to us and gave us options. He came to our house 2 days in a row and arrived within the time that we were told he would be here.

Steven was amazing! Came out in the sweltering heat and fixed an issue with our pump. Very nice guy! And Casey is the office administrator is always so sweet and polite. They always answer. Definitely recommend to anyone needing plumbing issues. They won't steer you wrong.

I called because of a faucet handle in my shower was leaking and the water wouldn’t turn off. Called the number and spoke to Haley. She was so kind and professional and asked what the problem was and asked me questions about what brand of faucet I had and a few other questions. After answering then she explained the starting price then told me Dylan would be out around 5. Also explained he may get here earlier but I would be notified. Before 5 I got a text he was on his way and also a call from the office. Dylan was awesome from the start! Explained everything and did his thing and told me if I had any other problems please call! Two days later the same thing happened. I called the office spoke to Hayley and she was going to send him back out. Same situation before with notifying me when he would be there. Dylan had to replace the part 2 more times this second time and didn’t leave until he was certain it was fixed! I am blown away at the service I received and also have told everyone I could about them!

Elvis came to our house and installed a new water heater that we purchased after ours tried to combust late at night. He was quick efficient and amazing at helping us and explaining everything!!!

Our Hot Water heater started leaking badly on Friday evening at 4:55 PM. ! called Bert Norman's Plumbing and actually got a really nice person answering the phone. She said she would call me back in 5 minutes, which she did. She said a Tech was on his way. Elvis arrived within 15 minutes, started draining the old heater. Left to get the new heater, by 7:30, we had the new heater, and hot water again. a really great experience.

They say the best plumber is the one that shows up and Bert Norman's Plumbing more than delivered. They showed up on the coldest day of the year and performed a pipe repair in the evening on a weekend. Outstanding service and great price!

Called early in the morning because i had no water. Was told they would do their best to fit me in and they did. Steven showed up and checked out my pump and was hoping that by changing the capacitor I would be good to go but little did he know that's not the luck I have! He told me he would have to change out the pump and so I said I guess tomorrow and he said no sir I have one on the truck! He quickly changed and it and also found out that my pressure tank was bad and that he had one on the truck as well! He replaced it and once again I had water! A huge thank you to Steven and Bert Norman plumbing for your quick response, professionalism, and having everything on the truck yesterday! So happy to have water in my house again!

We are renting at Amelia by the Sea and we experienced a toilet tank leak. Steven came and determined it was too costly to replace just the tank and an entire new toilet was approved in unheard of time. Steven had the correct unit on the truck and in less than an hour he had a new toilet installed. Appreciate the quick response from our condo owner as well as the condo management and of course Steven from Burt Norman Plumbing.

We had our old twelve year old tankless water heater replaced due to the age and problems. I called and Megan got us set up with a time for the Service Tech George out to check the old system and replaced it the next day. Great customer service and friendly. Highly recommended. We even brought them donuts for the great service and work. Thank you Megan and George.
