Elvis came out to my office today to complete a repair for a frozen pipe. He is one of the most genuine and kind people we have had out to the office for repairs and maintenance. I appreciate Bert Norman’s for always being able to get us in quickly and complete quality work! 5 STARS!!

Jason did a great job replacing my well pressure tank. Knowledgeable, courteous, true professional. They supplied a Mainline tank which has a 5-year manufacturers warranty. Quality tank but pricey; $819 installed. You might save a few $$$ by supplying an HD/Lowes tank (1-year warranty.) Jason also gave me some insight as to the future of my 26-year-old well. Not pushy – just good advice. Highly recommend.

I can not say enough positive about this company! And our experience with them in particular the young man who put our pump in. He was amazing polight and hard working. From day he installed the pump to yesterday as he had to come back and fix a minor problem im sure due to land around house with weather. He was absolutely the best I so wish I remembered his name to give him props for his service in particular... but this plumbing service and or company is quality and 💯 Absolutely amazing A to Z start to finish & with call backs ... recommend 💯

Bert Norman's Plumbing is AMAZING! I had been living without water for 5 days. (I kept hoping the pipes would defrost) Finally, I called Bert Norman for help. About 6 hours later, Mitch arrived, ready to fix my plumbing. He, quickly, was able to locate the problem. The best part? He had the replacement part in his truck! While Mitch was working, he found 3 other pipes that were cracked, also. He had those parts, too. I have been so pleased. One other thing - when you call, a real person answers the phone. I did not have to deal with an annoying phone tree. Great experience.

We have a home warranty for our house. Had a broken pipe in our master bathroom, that was not fixed properly. Needless to say, it burst, and we were without water. The home warranty folks could not get someone here before Wednesday.

After looking online, we came across Bert Norman's Plumbing. THEY WERE HERE WITHIN A HALF HOUR! The young lady on the phone (maybe Megan???) was very courteous! Steven looked at the issue and fixed it very quickly. He was extremely professional and polite. Talked to us about the tankless water heater annual service...which we plan on getting.

Shannon made sure I was taken care of the same day she is totally awesome , I can say enough good about her. And the tech Dylan he was so nice and calm and got the job done , I did have to call next day for slow pressure and Steve came out, apparently it was hard water buildup no fault of theirs, again he was very kind and so nice! These guys know what they are doing and treat you with total respect !! 100% recommend ! Thank you all over there !!

Terry came responded quickly to my phone call. He was out in a hour and a half to fix my heater the day before Thanksgiving and tonight came back out to figure out why my AC wasn't working. Friendly guy and willing to explain everything to a nosey female.

If You want excellent service Callway is the place to call. Tyler drove to Jacksonville at 3:30 PM to pick up Air Handle motor and installed motor 7:00 PM . Did not want us to have uncomfortable night . Customer satisfaction and comfort is important to Callway

I called Terry Callaway on a Saturday. He came right out and found the problem. He also gave me the reason for the problem and gave instructions on how to prevent a reoccurance. I found him to be honest, friendly and knowledgable. His fee was very reasonable considering the amount of time he spent working on the unit. I highly reccommend Terry Callaway Heating and Air. He earned 5 stars.

I called first thing Monday morning at 7:30am and Terry was the first to call me back and got to me an hour and a half earlier than I expected. He was very thorough explaining what was wrong and diagnosed within a few minutes. I would highly recommend this company as they have well exceeded my expectations and at a price that was very reasonable for the service and customer service that I received. Excellent service very responsive. Made the repairs to my unit, unit back up and running less than a day. Glad that I was referred to them.

Great experience. Terry called us back 1st thing in the morning and quickly came out and identified the problem. They had to pickup a part on other side of Jax and stayed well into the night to have our AC working again. They were up front and very reasonable with the price, no extra charge for staying late. I highly recommend and will use them again.

Terry has installed 2 air conditioning units for us. Both times we've found him to respond quickly to our needs. He's professional, courteous, and trustworthy. We couldn't be at our residence for the last installation, and felt comfortable leaving him a key to access our unit, and lock up afterward. Highly recommend.

Terry was extremely helpful! I called with having AC issues, but unfortunately I live in Hilliard and he isn't going that far out at the time being. He still took the time to ask me my symptoms and helped diagnose the issues over the phone. Guess what?? He was right on! I got another company to come and they found that issue and another but I must thank Terry! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend this company to anyone!

I have been in Nassau County 34 years. Terry is the only AC guy I will ever use. Best, fast work at the lowest price! He won't try to sell you "service" you don't need. Example: I was having AC issues and called a company that was running a service special. After 20-30 mins the tech told me it would be $350 to fix the issue but for $450 he would do a "complete" service on the main unit. I got Terry's name/number from a co-worker of my wife. I called him to get a second opinion. He serviced and fixed both units for $150. I paid him $180 and he tried to give me the extra $30 back!

Absolutely the best choice my wife and I could have made. Charles and Evan were absolute professionals. The detail and quality of their work was superior. This company and their staff are amazing! The HVAC system they installed is high quality. They arrived when they said they and their technician's, Brian and Thomas, worked tirelessly to get the system installed the right way. They took the time to help me program the smart app on my phone and advised us on filters and ways to keep the system healthy during a little home construction. Great company great service great employees!!
