Danny and Rene that were sent to install our new unit were great. They went above and beyond to help us understand the process. And most of all they didn't leave a mess. Thank you guys much.

Their technician Miguel did an outstanding job cleaning my evaporator coils. The A/C runs like new again. If you call Franks ask for Miguel. Honest and thorough technician.

We had an excellent experience with Franks AC, and would highly recommend them. Our old system died about 4pm on a Wednesday afternoon, and Chris was at our house about 15 minutes after my first call. When it was determined that it would be too expensive to repair, we agreed to have the system replaced. Chris and Dan arrived with the new unit the next morning, completed the install, and the house was being cooled by 12:30pm. The guys were great, and I couldn’t have asked for a quicker turnaround.

Love Frank's! Always quick and affordable with service calls. Just replaced my whole A/C with them. The workers are exceptionally courteous and kind! Frank's is THE best! I recommend them all the time.

Great experience. We contacted Frank’s in search of a new company after our AC went out and our long time company failed us. Frank’s was fast, competent, and affordable. The service tech was friendly, in and out in under 30 minutes. The part is replaced, and my house is cooling nicely. We are signing up for the annual service plan.

My heat pump was installed the day after I was told I needed a new system. The two gentlemen were pleasant and made sure all was in working order.

They didn’t waste any time! At 10:00 am no a/c. At 2:00 pm a/c was back and bran new! We are very pleased, thanks Franks!
Feb 2, 26 Danny came out to check our package unit today. Unit checked out good. He found that the 60amp breaker was defective in the main panel. Thanks Danny and all at Frank’s Air.

Keith and Danny were very responsive, very professional. Their fast response time was greatly appreciated and we couldn't be happier with the product and the service we received.

So thankful that I found this company. I called late Friday afternoon; it was 97 in the house. The technician was here in less than 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the capacitor in minutes. Before he left, the house had dropped 3 degrees. Everything is working great. Price was extremely reasonable.
Totally pleased. Won't be calling any other company in the future.

They were able to be over within a few hours. Danny called on his way over to ask a few questions so he could think of possible solutions on his drive. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and showed me the part he replaced and how different it was compared to a new one. He answered all my questions. They will give an estimate on ductwork and I believe he said that they would inspect it for free and give the option for a patch or remove/repair.

They did a great work. My Ac/Heater broke down before schedule installation I call them about and they moved installation day two before scheduled. My daughters and I thank them for it

Frank’s AC is top notch quality and service. The guys showed up on time and went to work replacing and upgrading our AC system. They were very professional and efficient completing the work in a timely manner. They are very honest and professional and we would recommend.

Wonderful service, we was using another service that would not show up ignore calls so decided to find someone to come out. Very friendly and speedy let me know what was wrong and how before they fixed anything and how he was going to fix. When done showed everything he did. Will definitely being using this service from here on out

We used Franks Air Conditioning to replace our HVAC ductwork. They were able to schedule us quickly and had a competitive price as compared to others. Our system was in a crawl space, and tight in some areas. The crew arrived early and did a great job. I highly recommend them.

Update: we had an issue with a section of ductwork that wasn’t replaced the first time. Frank’s sent someone out within an hour. Someone else came out, replaced that section the same afternoon.

Their level of service is excellent!

Danny was awesome and very helpful! He helped me understand what was going on and fixed the problem! I’m very appreciative! I will be calling you again if I should have any other issues
