Best place I ever worked with regarding my HVAC unit. Unlike most places around Florida that just try to sell you a new unit without discussing your problem, Frank’s ask me several questions regarding my problem. The technician, Miguel, was here within a couple of hours. Miguel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly and didn’t try to upsell me on items I didn’t need. The price was extremely reasonable. I will definitely recommend Frank’s A/C and Heating to my neighbors and friends. ABOVE ALL, THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY.

Determined what the issue was with our heat, and Frank’s allowed me to cancel our service appointment. Excellent company to deal with.

Our service man was very thorough. Checked the heat and air vents. Did maintenance on the unit and washed it.Hr also suggested a new A/C and have a price

The company responded right away. Miguel is pleasant, a wealth of knowledge and very conscientious of his work. Cleaned up his work area. My heat pump is working again with a new main board. He suggested safety features regarding our unit.

Excellent service! Arrived on time and was told very quickly about my unit which was 16 years old! and needed a lot of repairs. I received a great quote on a new unit and decided to go with. Very kind and honest tech! The unit was installed today! Beautiful!!!!! Highly recommend Franks for all your service needs!

Danny had a brand new Central Air unit installed within hours after it was determined that my old unit was not repairable. I would recommend Frank's to anyone looking for service, repairs or replacement of a unit.

Horrible service . The tech came out stated it was a leak and supposedly fixed the leak wasn’t here no more than an hour charged me $850 for the refill NO leaked fixed!! Wouldn’t recommend they didn’t show me where the leak was coming from and not willing to fix without extra charge
