I originally was supposed to have reliable come out to diagnose my problem and give an estimate let me say that the company reliable isn’t even close to being reliable. Gave the company a call after reliable didn’t show up between the hours of 12-5 yesterday so called genuine and glad that I did. Tyler and his assistant were able to come out the following morning. They showed up on time and were very friendly and showed me in detail what the problems were and explained everything to me that made me so I could understand what was wrong. They gave me an estimate and completed the work in about 2 hours and feel that the price was more than fair for what all needed to be done. Anybody needing work done I would highly recommend genuine as they were professional and stood by their company name unlike reliable who needs to study what that word needs out of Webster’s. Any other electrical problems I have this company will be getting my call.
