Noticed cracks in my foundation and called several companies to figure out what to do. Two Helical piers/piles were recommended by three companies and the cost was very high and varied quite a bit by each company. I decided to contact more companies to see how the pricing varied. JSA understood exactly what I needed from some photos I sent and quoted a very fair and attractive price. JSA also quoted all inclusive pricing unlike most of the other companies who had contingency costs dependent on how deep the piers would have to go to achieve the recommended level of psi. I would highly recommend JSA as it was a pleasure doing business with them.

The JSA Team came to my property with mini excavator and equipment on 03-24-22 and got the job done. If you need a professional company that listens to your problem and can brainstorm your solution call JSA foundation repair. A day later we had a severe thunderstorm and the wall repair held up just fine with no leaks or problems. I am a satisfied customer. See pictures below I added.

I had a great experience with JSA. Not only was the price significantly better than their large well know competitor, but they put in more piers and did a great job at patching up the mortar that had cracked as a result of foundation settling. JSA Foundation repair is just the best. They show up on time, and the quality of their work is amazing. My crack in the brick was repaired in a short time, and you can't tell there was ever a crack there. I have ask everyone who visits to tell me if they can see where the repair was done ,and not one person can. If you need a professional job done, call them at JSA.

These folks did an awesome job explaining what they would do (before they did it), what it would cost (upfront), and what they were doing (while they did it). Recently hired JSA Foundation to repair a sagging brick lentil above our garage door. We experienced thorough and prompt communication along with professional service. Once the grout dries the repair will blend in seamlessly. I highly recommend JSA to anyone needing this type of work.

We were referred to JSA from a mutual friend. Out of 3 quotes, JSA was by far the most affordable. More importantly though, there was no fancy bells and whistles, just straight forward honest answers and explanations. Even after our initial consultation he was more than willing to sit on the phone with me an answer some additional questions and concerns I had. When he came out to sign the contract, we were put at ease with his courteous and no pressure attitude. We were just as impressed with his work to our house. I asked JSA to come and look at my foundation as we were advised to install pipe foundation levelers due to erosion. Looking for a second opinion, I asked JSA to provide their thoughts. The company could have easily endorsed the information I was given previously and submitted a lower bid but told me that the leveling wasn't needed and that some landscaping would bring the erosion under control. I expect they saved me about $10K. For that, despite the fact that I didn't purchased anything from them, they will be my first call should I experience an issue. Thanks, JSA for your work ethic.

I would just like to make folks aware of how amazing Scott and his team are to get your foundation taken care of. From the 1st phone call I had with Scott till the day they called me to follow-up with the job, everything went so smooth, excellent work, great customer service and phenomenal people to work with. I could NOT be happier with the job they did. They go above and beyond AND on top of that they can beat everyone else's prices. I am really, really impressed with this company and will be using them in the future. They were extremely responsive and knowledgable, and they were able to fix several cracks on our house that nobody else seemed to know how to fix. Within minutes of calling and sending a picture they responded with a portfolio of before/after pictures from prior jobs fixing similar issues. Super freindly, family run business. We were fortunate to have all three sons working on our house at the same time, and in addition to doing great work they were really nice.

We had long cracks on the brick wall on the side of the house. Called a few companies and ended up choosing JSA. It's been a few months now and we're very happy with the results. The whole process was also very smooth and there was no pressure whatsoever.

Here's how it happened.

After having received reports and quotes that I wasn't happy with, I googled and found JSA. I called and thought I made an appointment for a "rep" to come out and do an inspection. The person who showed up was Scott, the owner of the company.

Scott did the inspection and told us what he thought happened. He also told us the things that he'd do to make the wall look almost like before the cracks appeared. Scott promised to email me a quote in a couple of days, which he did.

They didn't make a mess in the yard and put everything back together

There was no gimmick, no fancy-looking inspection equipment, no hidden costs

Overall just a really pleasant experience working with Scott.

Scott and crew were about as easy a group to work with that exists in the world of home repair and construction. They were prompt, easy to communicate with, and up front about costs and timing. We contracted JSA Foundation to repair a sagging brick lentil above our two-car garage door. Scott and his crew were excellent and provided us with exceptional, professional service. I highly recommend JSA to anyone experiencing a sagging and cracking brick wall above their house's garage door.

JSA was great. They came out and looked at our repair. They explained everything in detail and had the best price. They worked with our schedule and did not pressure us. They did an amazing job! When the job was completed they cleaned up everything nicely. You could not even tell any repairs were done. I liked the fact that the owner was on the job the entire time. The crew did a great job and I would highly suggest you wait to have them out before chosing a repair company. JSA is definitely worth the wait!

Scott the owner came out and provided the quote and was on the job the entire time and did much of the work himself as his crew leader was on another job that day. He also does the brick repair work so you don't need to bring out another contractor. The clean up was excellent and all the plants and dirt was replaced to its original state. Very reliable. Great communication throughout the process. I do have some residual cracks in my basement floor that he has advised us how to fix. Would recommend getting a quote from this company.

Scott and his team were nothing but professional to work with on our recent repair. The patio/foundation for our sunroom was causing the room to sag and prevented us from being able to replace the windows in this space. They made quick work of our project knowing that another home repair was on hold until our foundation for our sunroom was repaired. The communication was great and the repair is sound! We would definitely recommend them for your home projects.

JSA helped us with some foundation issues on our older block building. Scott took time to explain the process thoroughly and made sure we understood everything they were doing. The issues were next to our brand new playground with brand new mulch. They took extremely good care of all of the surroundings and truly disturbed as little as possible. You can't even tell they were here! (with the exception of the building no longer trying to fall over) I would highly recommend them for any foundation needs!

I had Scott come out and give me a quote months ago, the corner of my house was sinking, he honored that same quote although it took me a while to get JSA out to get the work done. They fit me in, so quickly, and did a fabulous job! Cameron communicated with me until I could get home, then spent the time to explain everything that was done.
