We opted for the “deluxe package,” that included the basics and washing baseboards, windows, cabinets, and doors. We are listing our house for sale in 4 days so our house has been stripped of nearly everything so minimum baseboards were blocked especially on the main floor. Our cleaner did a great job on the basics and the windows! However, the “deluxe,” was not up to par. The baseboards were not even wiped down, nor the kitchen cabinets. I work from home with my 13 mobile month old. The cleaner kept asking me if she missed anything but I did not have much time to look in detail. The cleaner said I asked her not to move things but she never even mentioned that things needed to be moved, the only items to be moved would have been rugs and toys in the playroom, my kids rooms, or 1 wall in the living room. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and maybe there was a mix up but our concerns were immediately dismissed. I can appreciate the owner having her employees back but we did not get what we paid for.

I have been a client of Maid In America over 3 years, & have been very pleased with their service. Their technicians are very thorough & personable. I especially like the work that Carla does; she is most efficient, thorough, & always arrives on time! The administration is professional & flexible. I highly recommend this company!
