    I cancelled after the first cleaning because my appliances were very streaky. My blinds were all messed up, things were not put back where they were, no vacuuming was done, no sweeping. I had to clean up after the cleaners. It was horrible!!! I was told they would call me prior to charging me to make sure I was satisfied but they didn't call, just charged me. I asked them to mail back my key, but they didn't respond so I had to send a second email at which point they responded and said they would mail it back. I am hoping to receive it so I do t have any further communications with this company. UPDATE: I never received the key, so after several attempts to get a response from them I found out that they mailed it to the wrong address. So, there is an envelope with my name on it sent to the wrong address with my name on it. The manager did not so much as apologize or show any concern or empathy to the fact that he mailed my house key to the wrong place. It's a shame one star is the lowest rating you can give, because they don't derserve that.

    3 bedroom 3.5 bath. We moved out of our three story townhouse and it required a deep clean. The house seriously looks brand new. So happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

    Merry Maids in Alpharetta has been doing monthly cleanings of my house for about 10 months now. I started with a move-in deep clean then transitioned to monthly standard cleanings. There's nothing like having a clean house that I didn't have to clean myself! I highly recommend the year-long contract - the rate is very reasonable, and Erin is responsive by text when I have to reschedule. It took a few months for me to get a regular cleaner, but now I have a fantastic cleaning team, Monika and Jemelle. It takes about two hours for them to clean my three floor townhouse. They're very considerate of my two cats, do a great job at vanishing shed cat fur and tracked litter, and use non-pet-toxic products. I hope to continue getting Monika and Jemelle, and appreciate the hard work by Merry Maids!
