I cancelled after the first cleaning because my appliances were very streaky. My blinds were all messed up, things were not put back where they were, no vacuuming was done, no sweeping. I had to clean up after the cleaners. It was horrible!!! I was told they would call me prior to charging me to make sure I was satisfied but they didn't call, just charged me. I asked them to mail back my key, but they didn't respond so I had to send a second email at which point they responded and said they would mail it back. I am hoping to receive it so I do t have any further communications with this company. UPDATE: I never received the key, so after several attempts to get a response from them I found out that they mailed it to the wrong address. So, there is an envelope with my name on it sent to the wrong address with my name on it. The manager did not so much as apologize or show any concern or empathy to the fact that he mailed my house key to the wrong place. It's a shame one star is the lowest rating you can give, because they don't derserve that.

3 bedroom 3.5 bath. We moved out of our three story townhouse and it required a deep clean. The house seriously looks brand new. So happy with our experience. Highly recommend!

My cleaning is good, but maybe the change in scheduling makes things a little challenging. I miss Maggie.

Merry Maids in Alpharetta has been doing monthly cleanings of my house for about 10 months now. I started with a move-in deep clean then transitioned to monthly standard cleanings. There's nothing like having a clean house that I didn't have to clean myself!

I highly recommend the year-long contract - the rate is very reasonable, and Erin is responsive by text when I have to reschedule. It took a few months for me to get a regular cleaner, but now I have a fantastic cleaning team, Monika and Jemelle. It takes about two hours for them to clean my three floor townhouse. They're very considerate of my two cats, do a great job at vanishing shed cat fur and tracked litter, and use non-pet-toxic products. I hope to continue getting Monika and Jemelle, and appreciate the hard work by Merry Maids!

Great experience! We used Merry Maids for the first time this week and were very pleased. I inquired with them about a cleaning over the weekend and they were able to schedule an appointment to come to our home just a couple days later. Mary was kind, professional, and did a great job cleaning our home.

Kayla does a great job for us. She takes lots of care to make things shine and smell wonderful. She is flexible, doing the upstairs or basement as needed with our schedule. We really appreciate her professionalism and kind personality.

We had the deep clean service & Maggie as our cleaner. She was very nice and on time. She asked about any specific areas I wanted clean and was also considerate enough to ask about any fragile items I did not want moved/touched. We will definitely use them again!

Ashli and team provided detail oriented service. Only downside was no shoe covers but that was not noted on their work order. Please note a tip was provided in person. But now that I know I can tip online I will embrace that. Thank you.

Very professional, reliable company. Great communication before and after cleaning. We feel very comfortable with them in our house in Roswell and they do a very good job. Amy in particular has been great!

Inconsistent quality in cleaning results. When the assigned person takes their time to do a thoughtful & thorough cleaning the results are great. However lately they run through so quickly attempting to get to the next house on their list. This results in a less than optimal experience. In addition, there’s a new person each time they come. Their inability to maintain a consistent workforce is also a factor in the quality concerns.

Merry Maids has been wonderful to us and our home. We had one or two unsatisfactory visits at first, and Merry Maids were quick to respond and resolve the matter. We have had several different cleaners throughout this year and it is clear that some take more pride and value in their work because it shows In our household and other cleaners that may not. Additionally Merry Maids has great customer communication as far as scheduling visits and appointment reminders.

While we are sad that our regular cleaner Margaret has left, Kazzmine has visited us several times and we couldn’t be happier! She pays much attention to detail and it is clear she is passionate about her work. She always arrives with a smile on her face and always goes the extra mile for us. We will definitely be requesting her in the future. She’s a dream!

Amazing work. We let the cleaning get away from us and they got us back on track. Loved them! Always courteous and accommodating.

Maggie does a great job and is always in/ out in timely manner doing a professional job. I need service on Monday - preferably in am. Only once was she scheduled to come in afternoon and only once did we have to reschedule. This has worked until today. Two large homes were scheduled in front of my visit and she got here at 2pm. I am a townhouse not a large house. I was told that if I wanted to continue to have Maggie as my cleaner, I would have to accept where I was put on the schedule when I called around noon to see when she would get here. I have used this service since the first of 2023 and never had an issue. Lately, there have been issues with scheduling. The last scheduled visit was cancelled due to overscheduling and Maggie was not going to be able to make it that Monday - they wanted me to reschedule another day. I had company coming and could not. Today when Maggie was late I was told if I wanted to continue having her as my cleaner I would just have to wait until she was scheduled to come. I do want to keep her as my regular cleaner but it appears a larger residence now has precedence over my smaller townhome. So now she will - if she can make it- be here on Monday pm instead of am or around noon as in the past. The downside is if I am not happy with that I won’t have Maggie as my cleaner. I told the office that I wait for them to show up and my whole morning was spent waiting for her to arrive. They said it was the way you do business and if she is not going to arrive until mid- afternoon I won’t get a text until 30 min. Until her arrival. I asked if I could receive a heads up if it was going to be mid- afternoon again and was told no. So another larger home got my earlier slot and now I have to adjust when I get service - whether convenient or not or give up my preference cleaner - Maggie. That does not seem a fair way to treat a regular customer - a weekly customer. My townhome may not be a large house but if Maggie has two large homes in front of me - that last time she ran out of time on A Monday won’t be the first time I am left waiting. I do not appreciate this. But if I want to continue service with you I was told I’d have to accept it when they get around to me. Not nice.

Merry maid sent me a fantastic team that took care of all of the tasks that have needed to be done for quite some time. This really gives back the weekend that I have lost to housework since I started working in film. I appreciate so much they're great attitude, the swiftness with which they completed the work, and how thorough they were with the entire household. Will definitely recommend to everybody.

We opened our business in November and switched to Merry Maids because we were not pleased with the prior company's thoroughness. Ciera was assigned to our location and we couldn't be happier. She is very detailed and takes great care in cleaning our location. She is also very nice and a pleasure to have n the office when clients are around. We appreciate your service and responsiveness.
