Reviews of local pros in Alpharetta, Georgia

Alejandro was a pleasure to work with, he came out to quote immediately and was able to schedule work to deal with a tree broken during a storm very quickly. We ended up using him and his team to trim back a few other trees on the property since his prices were very reasonable. He gave expert advice on our landscaping projects and his team were quick, efficient, and on time. We will definitely use him again in the future and we are already planning a totally separate landscaping project with him.

Having asked a few of our neighbours which tree service they would recommend. My spouse and I contacted Alejandro and scheduled a date and time for Alejandro to come to our home and give us a quote on some work we wanted done.

Alejandro arrived on time and walked the yard with us, making mental notes of the work to be done. Alejandro quoted the job on the spot, and we arranged the date and time for the job to be done.
Alejandro and his team arrived on the date and time scheduled. Within minutes, everybody was hard at work.
From the moment the work started all members of the team were actively engaged in getting the job done right, efficiently and safely and kept the worksite clear of debris as they worked. I’m in awe of how well the team worked together.

They did a great job! They were working on my neighbors yard, so we asked them to come trim a few trees in our yard too. Very professional, cleaned up everything, and great prices!

Alejandro was very quick to respond to our tree emergency after a lightning strike. His staff was efficient and professional and got the work done in a very timely manner. Alejandro puts safety of his customers and staff at the top of his priority list and we really appreciated his response. I highly recommend A Better Tree Service and will call them again if ever needed!

I’m happy to share this extremely positive review for Alejandro at A Better Tree Service. He recently completed work for us at Willow River Church in Roswell. We had a 60 foot high, dead tree overhang two of our work buildings and power-lines to the church.

He arranged to come out the afternoon of my call to review the tree issue. Hearing our conversation, he also pointed out other limb issues that eventually would affect our roof and telephone lines.

He provided a detailed price based on the scope of the work we agreed upon. I was given the day and time they would arrive and work was completed seamlessly. Other than the trees and limbs being removed, you’d never know they were there.

I was extremely pleased with the level of communication Alejandro provided. Hence, I highly recommend them for tree work in the greater Alpharetta and Roswell area.

Alejandro and his crew did a magnificent job in trimming and removing trees in our yard. It looks so beautiful now. He even did me a favor by pruning a tree for free that was not previously discussed. The crew left the yard in immaculate shape as if they hadn’t even been on the property. They all did it with smiles on their faces too.

Alejandro and his team did a very nice job at a fair price. They arrived on time and kept me updated on the progress of the project. My wife was especially pleased with the end of day clean-up. We plan to use ABTS for our future tree projects.

We contacted Alejandro to get a quote for trimming up our trees. He responded very quickly (2 other company's never responded). He and his crew did a great job, for a very reasonable price. They also did a great job cleaning afterwards. We would use again.

Alejandro and his team were fantastic! I called them after a storm damaged a few trees in the yard. Within a few hours the job was completed as agreed upon. These guys are true professionals with great prices. They are my new tree service moving forward. I will encourage my neighbors to use them too. Great service and value!

Alejandro responded promptly, was very cordial and professional. He seemed knowledgeable and gave good suggestions. The work was performed very well and the site was left very clean. We had tree stump that was an eye sore and they were able to grind it even though it was a difficult area.

Alejandro and his crew did an incredible job taking care of many trees on our property! His communication and professionalism from initial estimate to completed job were excellent. Very easy to work with and considerate of our needs. Would recommend for any tree trimming or removal job!

Alejandro and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job removing two extremely tall trees that were sandwiched between our house and our neighbors. They were professional, didn’t waste any time, and cleaned up after the job was done. This is the second time we’ve used them and have found them to be trustworthy. I can fully recommend them without any hesitation.

Alejandro and his team did a wonderful job removing a tree that was hanging over our roof and trimming up another that was hanging low over our driveway. He worked with my schedule, was very responsive, quoted a fair price and got the job done quickly. They also did a great job cleaning up. Highly recommend and will be reaching out to Alejandro for any future needs.

Alejandro and his crew knew their job well and earned my total trust and respect. I run into the crew working on a neighbor's yard and I asked Alejandro to come to my house for an estimate to remove some dead trees. Once the estimate was agreed upon, the job was done the same afternoon plus the following day. I would recommend the service to anybody in the Windward community and elsewhere.

So this is my third experience working with Alex and his crew. I cannot say enough great things about them because they check all of the boxes. Anybody can cut down the tree cut it up and haul it away but what you get with Alex and his team is a super high-level a professionalism that starts with Alex. He is very responsive communicates throughout the entire process and never leaves you wondering what is going on or what the expectation would be the workers themselves truly dedicate themselves in my opinion to doing each and every job like it was for their own personal homes lots of attention to the details they’re very thorough and they do an outstanding job of cleaning up any and all messes so when the project is finished, all you have left is the beautiful result that you would hope for The prices are fair and reasonable. The service is top-notch. There’s no reason to use anybody else we have had trees, cut, mulch lay down. Pine straw lay down a set of stairs, installed connecting us to our trail to our dock and we’ve also used them for a small landscape design which again everything is turned out fantastic.

I highly recommend A Better Tree Service. Alejandro came out to quote the job immediately and was able to fit my work in the next day as he was working in the area already. Arrived exactly on time and he personally supervised my job to make sure it was right because we needed a large magnolia trimmed and shaped to our needs. He was very concerned with making sure we were happy. All the other work he did was perfect as well. Great communication and clean up was perfect as well.

Alejandro is terrific. He is very responsive in getting a price quote to you. His prices are fair. The work is done on time. His team just does a great job. Highly recommended. .

Cutting down trees is never a fun or easy task. Alejandro and his crew made this process very smooth! From Alejandro meeting me to understand my concerns on the property , to him also highlighting problem areas I wasn't aware of! We will absolutely only use his services for tree clearing from now on. Great communication and flexibility and the pricing was the best in the area! The work was quick and thorough and I couldn't have asked for a better job! Contact Alejandro if you need any tree services.

A Better Tree Service Company did a wonderful job. I needed a couple of tree limbs trimmed and on very large tree taken down. They were very punctual, the guys were very respectful and courteous and they complete all work flawlessly. I was concerned because I just put in new sod in the Fall but they were conscientious and took care to make sure there was no damage.
Highly recommend!!!

Alejandro and his crew did a total move-in yard clean-up for my family members (June 2022), where the only thing that had been done in that yard for years obviously was the lawn had been mowed. He recognized that half a tree had died, when no one else could even see it behind all the brush. They removed that to expose a healthy tree and took out huge scrubby shrubs, thorny vines, scrappy trees, limbed up healthy trees, pruned existing hedges and more. All the while, Alejandro kept me updated with photos. They hauled everything away; the difference in the before and after is astounding. We’re very pleased with their work. I bet the neighbors on that street are 😀. The crew was punctual and respectful and took payment by Zelle, which made is easy on my end. Alejandro is very personable and a good communicator. I definitely recommend him and his company.

Look no further than A BETTER TREE SERVICE for all your tree-specific needs. Alejandro and his crew surpassed all expectations. He is incredibly responsive and a wonderful communicator - in a service based industry, reliable communication makes a world of difference. The crew showed up exactly when expected and worked diligently to ensure the job - a fairly large job, in the sweltering summer heat - was done to an A+++ degree. The crew at A BETTER TREE SERVICE honestly left my property in better condition than they found it. Alejandro and his team are, without question, my go-to-guys for all future projects and needs.
