They are great! I didn't know they were located in Alpharetta, I'm in Douglasville. But they came all the way out here anyway. They also asked for photos before making an appointment to come out. Wayne was very honest and took his time assessing my concerns.

Atlas Piers is a dishonest company. They charged me 30% more than estimated and held in escrow after the fact in the sale of my house in Alpharetta. They took advantage of the divorce forced sale of the house and made me pay 30% more than estimated. Total crooks! Stay away from this company.

This is THE company to use for any pier needs. Do not look else where as other companies could possibly lead you astray which happened to me. Atlas Piers is professional and they will fix your moving foundation problem the first time.

Atlas Piers was extremely professional at every stage of the process, from the initial assessment visit all the way through to pouring the concrete. They kept me informed every step of the way. I would definitely hire them again.

We used Atlas to construct helical tiebacks in the house we purchased in January, 2018. Their initial work was timely and professional. In December, 2018 three days after Christmas during particularly bad rain (widespread flash floods throughout Atlanta, streams, roads, basements), we had a small issue with the bolts in the tiebacks. After calling Tonya, a crew was at our house within an hour. The crew quickly assessed and fixed the situation in a pleasant, professional manner. Wonderful product and customer service!

I had a crack in a support column in my house. An engineer came out, took a look, told me I didn't need anything done to it, told me under what specific circumstances I would need work on it, and then told me how to keep water from corroding my house walls as an added bonus. All that friendly, timely service and I didn't get charged a dime. They could've easily sold me a $2000 pier but didnt want to waste their time or my money. Usually I shop around before getting a contractor, but the next time I need a structural engineer I'll just go to Atlas.

Floyd Moore, came to inspect my property. I had a foundation crack on my brick exterior wall, which had progressed over time. Mr. Moore did an extensive exam, and found no serious damage to the foundation. He was helpful, informative, and above all HONEST. Another company (that advertises incessantly), tried to charge me thousands for work I didn't need. When that time comes, I will definitely call Atlanta Piers. Your honesty & professional manner is what we need more of, in this world..A+.

I called them out to look at some settling on a 75 year old house. Prior to purchase I had a structural engineer and another pier company inspect the house and they both suggested installation of several piers at a cost of 10 to 15k. Atlas came out and did an thorough inspection and decided that the settling was fairly old, and there was no need to install the piers since it was no longer settling. Their honesty and integrity saved me 10 to 15k.

We used Atlas Piers to stabilize and raise a sinking brick pool house. We had previously worked with a well known waterproofing and foundation repair company to fix this problem. The amount of work performed by the other company was minuscule in comparison. The footings on this pool house were not done properly and would not be able to support the piers being installed. The project was delayed while we worked to reinforce the footings. Atlas Piers remained flexible with their work crews getting the work done in a timely manner.

We could not be happier with the finished project. Not only is the pool house straightened but we are resting better knowing that it won't sink again in the future.

For anyone dealing with foundation settling my advice would be to contact Atlas Piers immediately, the problem is likely to get worse and will result in costly repairs that could be minimized if dealt with early on.

We called for a foundation inspection because We had some separation between our master bath window and our wall. i sent some pictures over to Michelle, and she made an appointment for Wayne to come out to Athens and inspect the house.

i was skeptical that We were going to get an honest assessment because of some posts i had read on Reddit about free foundation inspections. Wayne, however, presented himself very professionally and after his assessment said that there were no problems. He didn't try and sell me on anything! He said he didn't do this job to make a buck, but to glorify God. He is an honest man, and he represents the company in an ethical way. He merely suggested that We buy a good grade caulk to fix the separation between the window and wall.

If We ever do have foundation problems, We will definitely use this company.

I was referred to Atlas Piers by a friend of mine who does interior renovations and remodeling. I used them to secure a small settling issue on my home. They installed (2) Piers to support the structure. Happy with the quality of the work and appreciate the involved owner who came to inspect and followed up with me after the work was complete.

Atlas Piers had the best price for piering our home to keep the foundation from shifting. They did a great job and we couldn't even tell they had been there. No clean up necessary at all.

My Buyers were concerned about foundation issues on the home they were buying so we had Atlas Piers (Mr. Farris) come take a look. He was very knowledgeable and honest. The home didn't have any major structural issues of concern, just regular settling of the home. Mr. Farris didn't make up a repair to just get paid for work. He was honest and that's why I will always call on him in the future.

Atlas Piers is a top notch company. They are incredibly professional, timely, knowledgeable and stand behind their product. Even though we were not the original owner and they were not under any kind of warranty, they immediately scheduled an appointment and the owner came out to take a look. They squeezed us in for a quick repair within that week and we haven't had any issues since. Really appreciate their professionalism and that they stand behind their product. Wayne (owner) gave us a solid assessment of our problem. He was open and practical about the best solution and the price was competitive. The Atlas Piers crew was prompt on the scheduled day communicated very well and did an excellent job. Wayne thoroughly evaluated our house and confirmed that our foundation was in good shape and did not need piers. Wayne came out for an inspection and was the nicest guy ever. He gave me his honest opinion and didn’t try to sell me anything he didn’t think I needed. He also gave me a reference to call for a soil test. I highly recommend this ethical business to anyone.
