Maggie does a great job and is always in/ out in timely manner doing a professional job. I need service on Monday - preferably in am. Only once was she scheduled to come in afternoon and only once did we have to reschedule. This has worked until today. Two large homes were scheduled in front of my visit and she got here at 2pm. I am a townhouse not a large house. I was told that if I wanted to continue to have Maggie as my cleaner, I would have to accept where I was put on the schedule when I called around noon to see when she would get here. I have used this service since the first of 2023 and never had an issue. Lately, there have been issues with scheduling. The last scheduled visit was cancelled due to overscheduling and Maggie was not going to be able to make it that Monday - they wanted me to reschedule another day. I had company coming and could not. Today when Maggie was late I was told if I wanted to continue having her as my cleaner I would just have to wait until she was scheduled to come. I do want to keep her as my regular cleaner but it appears a larger residence now has precedence over my smaller townhome. So now she will - if she can make it- be here on Monday pm instead of am or around noon as in the past. The downside is if I am not happy with that I won’t have Maggie as my cleaner. I told the office that I wait for them to show up and my whole morning was spent waiting for her to arrive. They said it was the way you do business and if she is not going to arrive until mid- afternoon I won’t get a text until 30 min. Until her arrival. I asked if I could receive a heads up if it was going to be mid- afternoon again and was told no. So another larger home got my earlier slot and now I have to adjust when I get service - whether convenient or not or give up my preference cleaner - Maggie. That does not seem a fair way to treat a regular customer - a weekly customer. My townhome may not be a large house but if Maggie has two large homes in front of me - that last time she ran out of time on A Monday won’t be the first time I am left waiting. I do not appreciate this. But if I want to continue service with you I was told I’d have to accept it when they get around to me. Not nice.

Merry maid sent me a fantastic team that took care of all of the tasks that have needed to be done for quite some time. This really gives back the weekend that I have lost to housework since I started working in film. I appreciate so much they're great attitude, the swiftness with which they completed the work, and how thorough they were with the entire household. Will definitely recommend to everybody.

We opened our business in November and switched to Merry Maids because we were not pleased with the prior company's thoroughness. Ciera was assigned to our location and we couldn't be happier. Was doing construction work that left Sheetrock dust everywhere. Needed someone to come in to deep clean asap. They answered my call with fast courteous service and reasonable pricing. Also provided many cleaning options. I will use them on a continuous basis.

The executive/management staff are very helpful in resolving any concerns you may have. When they say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, they truly mean it. Amber cleans our home and she is amazing, very detailed, thorough and pleasant. It’s so nice coming home after she’s cleaned, she truly cares about your home and it shows. We are obsessed with Rebekah!!! She is amazing and we love the work she has been doing in our home. She is punctual, sweet as pie and very detailed oriented in her cleaning. My kids love seeing her and We are so thankful to have been paired up with her the first week we started with Merry Maids!

We've been customers for a year. The cleaners are always efficient. Edista was our cleaner this month and she was fantastic! Edista was very thorough and really paid attention to the little details.

The service was great. They arrive on schedule and immediately explained what they would be doing and got right to it. I did my after cleaning i Spey and was very satisfied.

Today we had Camryn deep clean our house and she did a stellar job! Walking in, everything felt fresh and revitalized, her keen eye for details was exactly what I was looking for!

We used Merry Maids of North Atlanta for a deep cleaning to get ready for listing our house for sale. Overall, I was very pleased with how thorough they were. The house looked fantastic and the insides of the oven and refrigerator were spotless. The only annoyance was that one of the shelves in our refrigerator was broken. I know accidents happen. I just wish I had been informed instead of finding it on the counter.

The girls did a great job but didn't do everything that was in the agreement such as mop all the floors and mop my bathrooms. Also the baseboards weren't done. I was told it would take 2 to 4 hours for the initial comprehensive cleaning. They were done in a little over and hour. Just wished the job was completed. What they did clean they did a great job with. They were personable and respectable with my unique decor which i appreciate. Since the agreement included mopping and baseboard cleaning i have to give them 3 stars. That is two big tasks that weren't completed.

We have had Victoria clean our house for quite a while now. She is wonderful, friendly and does a super job.

Hali was great, did a great job cleaning, and worked around my meetings while I was working from home.

I wasn't able to clear out all of our closets and cabinets before the cleaners arrived for our post-move deep cleaning, so for a small extra charge they gathered together and bagged up the items. I appreciated their flexibility.
