I bought a new home and immediately needed a roof replacement. I got about 5 quotes because I have a low pitch roof and not a standard roof will work for me. Out of all the companies I talked with, I felt like Colony Roofing was the best choice for me based on the options they presented me, and how thorough they were in the inspection / quoting process.
They were excellent to work with during the process! Special shout out to Stone!

Colony did great work! Thomas Williams was our contact & from the moment he stepped on our property, he noted a few extra things the company could help with: Like some of the gutters coming loose, & a wayward downspout. This was the 3rd roofing company I'd had out to give an estimate. They included more in their services & were less costly than the others by more than $1,000. The guys who came to do the work were fantastic too. They had everything done & cleaned up in the same day. & were meticulous about getting all the nails up. We have dogs & sometimes I walk barefoot. Colony was recommended to me by someone, & now I will be recommending them too :)

This is the first time we replace a roof so no comparison with other company. Overall pleasant experience. Adam is very responsive and shared inspection report with quote in a timely manner. Reasonable cost and job was scheduled in a week weather allowed. After new roof was installed, they promptly fixed a hard to detect small leak and other issues we identified. Will consider Colony for our next roof project needs!

Started out well, had a very nice inspector/project manager Thomas (no connection despite the great name) who came out and did the quote. He was exceptional and attentive throughout the process. The roof was done quickly and without any issue. The gutters were a little less simple, when I initially got the quote, I was told the gutter guards we included, however following the installation of the gutters, I was told that gutter guards were not part of the quote; after a chat with the very responsive owner the matter was address and they sent the gutter folks out the same day to install the guards. The initial gutter install was also less than ideal where they left trash and debris including a 30ft section of gutter sitting on my yard. I later found out this was a subcontractor, and my project manager Thomas came out the very next morning and cleaned up the site. If it hadn’t been for the issues with the gutters they would be an easy 5 star experience. If you go with Colony ask for Thomas to go the inspection and quote!

Identified hail damage and helped to get us a new roof with zero out of pocket expense. The work crew was amazing, replaced the roof in a single day. Everyone was very knowledgeable. No surprises. Also helped to get us the maximum amount due to us from our insurance. They made the entire process as stress-free as possible. Highly recommended!

Zach Gragg and Brad Banacka set us up with a solution we didn’t even know was out there. Top of the line stuff without breaking the bank and a great warranty. Was very professional, Today 12/10/25 wednesday afternoon. Despite the windy, cold weather he came out to my house and Inspected my roof. He did a thorough inspection and was very honest. I appreciate his honesty.

Colony Roofers were quick with their response and quality repair of a double roof leak over my garage. How’s this for great communications and a fix before the next rain storm:
- Wednesday afternoon - I called, sent a couple of pictures, and scheduled an inspection the next day.
- Thursday afternoon - Kyle Harris inspected the problem area inside and out, sent me pictures of the inspection of the damaged shingles, provided a written proposal, and checked additional roof areas while I reviewed and subsequently approved the work. He also checked with their scheduler and confirmed the availability of a crew the next day. He is a true professional who methodically explained his findings and proposal without pressure tactics.
- Friday - the two man Colony Roofing team showed up on time, and replaced the wood sheathing/decking, installed a water and ice barrier (including in areas where it was missing), and installed (pretty close) matching shingles. They reviewed their work with me and cleaned the work area.

The quick response before the next rain prevented the garage ceiling from becoming saturated and falling in. Thank you Colony Roofers.
