They set up fans and humidifiers to dry out the walls. They were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and took their time to answer all of my questions concerning the water mitigation process. Very professional and courteous team. Got to our house around 7 PM and stayed past 1 AM addressing the leak affecting multiple stories of our townhouse. Explained what they were doing as they went along and cleaned up before they left. Very much appreciated, guys!

Brian and Von from Servepro North Atlanta Buckhead were great to work with. We had a leak from our water heater that led to floor damage and the two gentlemen were swift and careful in setting up the equipment and doing everything that was needed for detecting, exposing, cleaning up and preventing further water damage. We have kids and the two thought of them while setting up. They suggested adding child protection around the equipment to prevent the kids from being able to access them. We as parents were so focused on the issue that we didn’t even think to add this type of safety measure, immediately. In all, the two gentlemen were very professional, responsive to any questions asked, flexible when we had concerns, and over all great to work with. We highly recommend this company and hope you are lucky enough to get this specific group of great guys!

They were professional, thorough,, quick, and efficient from beginning to end. Many technicians and managers came by to check on the job being done over several days. Tyler and Drisdrn did an amazing job at quickly removing the damage from my property. I also appreciated the work and care from Scott, Alan,, Gus. and the Project Manager Milton.
