I had 2700 sq feet of warehouse space with a concrete floor that was a mess. Spoke with several companies who wanted $12,000 plus to grind and finish surface. Found Kelvin and his company ACC on Craigslist. Kelvin came to look at job gave pricing and suggestions. He showed up on time and got the grind done in 10.5 hours. Hard working, clean, efficient professionals. Kelvin got me hooked up with Sherwin Williams for the hi performance sealer and gave me explicit direction on how to prepare and seal floor. Kelvin and his team did a fantastic job with cement polishing and epoxy flooring at my commercial place. He was professional and explained the process before starting the project.

I used SERVPRO for a tree that fell on my house and cars after a recent storm. The company cut up and removed the tree, boarded up windows, wrapped off damaged done to my chimney, and inspected my home for water damage. Mandy was my customer service agent. She worked tirelessly to ensure I received same day service. She kept me informed, and she continuously corresponded via phone calls and text messages. Even though it was a Sunday, services were performed expeditiously. Those that came out to do the work went above and beyond as well. I highly recommend this company and their services.

Servpro were called out on Mothers Day Sunday morning to help with a major flood issue we had. They were very professional and worked all day to 9pm to ensure we were dry before the end of the day. Big thank you to Jacob, Nassem, Keith, Stanley, Aaron, and Brian for an outstanding job

Our water tank exploded and flooded our garage and house around 1 AM Easter morning. We called ServPro and representative Mandy helped us. Could not believe at that hour of morning there was someone on phone to guide us through the process who was knowledgeable and thorough. She had all the answers we needed, and made us feel that we had called the right number! She had her team at our house early Easter morning and they began the cleanup and have done an amazing job digging us out of a real mess.

I used ServPro for my water mitigation and home reconstruction project. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of my home reconstruction. They were very detailed and took their time with the construction. My kitchen is so unrecognizable compared to the original structure. The cabinets and the floors were beautifully done and added to the aesthetic of the house. They also repaired some mistakes done by previous contractors. Overall, I am pleased with the outcome.
