Thankful for the experience with Lamar! Kohler shower is everything i wanted and Lamar helped me to get it within my budget. Highly recommend Alenco.

Due to our ages and physical deficits, we are in need of a more accessible and safe shower conversion. We started shopping around and discovered Kohler on Facebook. My husband set up an appointment through them and their local contractor. It was very easy and we scheduled for the very next day. Sam Okodua with Alenco arrived at our home exactly on time. He was very friendly, easily identifiable as a representative from his company and he got to work. His product knowledge was above and beyond expectations. We asked a lot of questions and he listened and answered quickly both verbally and via a tablet presentation. He was very straight forward and systematic in presenting his company and product line. We are very impressed with his candor and honest understanding of our specific needs. He went yet a few extra miles to get us exactly what we requested, arriving at a price that made us both comfortable. We feel fortunate to have had him help us through the process. Patience and professionalism are qualities we both expect and admired; he delivered.

Great experience dealing with Alenco for a brand new Kohler shower and installation. Our Sales Consultant, Erik, listened carefully to our needs and past issues we had with some plumbing. And, most importantly, he kept our budget in mind. He kept us informed on the process of manufacturing, delivery, and installation times. Upon installation the team was professional, efficient and actually finished in one day. And it’s gorgeous. My husband and I both highly recommend Alenco for your shower or bathroom remodel!

IM VERY PISSED I CAME ACROSS THIS COMPANY IN A PARKING LOT. I ASKED HIM TO FIX MY LEAKING PIPE. I ASKED FOR HIS NUMBER HE SAYS GIVE ME YOUR NUMBER I GIVE HIM MY MOTHERS NUMBER. HE THEN COMES BACK WITH THE REPORT THEN SAYS HE WILL BE BACK IN A FEW DAYS HE HAS TO GET THE WATER HEATER AND THE PAN. LONG STORY SHORT I FILE AN INSURANCE CLAIM AND I GET A CALL FROM AN INVESTIGATOR SAYING MY CLAIM IS FAKE THAT MY MOM’S NUMBER IS THE PLUMBERS NUMBER!! I LOOK AT THR REPORT AND SAW THAT MY MOTHER’S NUMBER WAS ON THE REPORT!! I GOOGLED THE NAME I CALLED THE NUMBER IT BROUGHT ME TO ANOTHER COMPANY!! I HAD TO GET MY LAND LORD INVOLVED AND THEY GOT A REAL PLUMBER FOR ME.

Do not use. He was extremely eager and helpful BEFORE the work, but as soon as the work was done, he goes MIA. I paid for a septic inspection and video. I never received the inspection report or the video. Several text messages and calls and no answer. Don't use this guy.

He's a crook; very dishonest.
He will say just about about anything for the dime.
He lies in every aspect of his business transactions.
He just never stops lying.
Until he gets your money; prefers cash.
Figure out the implications of that.
Hardworking and well meaning clients should avoid him 100%.
I regret ever dealing with him for my septic tank issues.

Our job was relatively small and easy, but they scheduled easily and got it done quickly. Didn't even have to pick up the phone to get a quote or schedule -- all done online

I needed my sewer, phone, and water line marked from the street to the house (811 doesn’t mark these) and Jake was able to schedule Mike to come out the next day. Mike worked hard to find everything for us and did. They offered the best price I could find too.

Called them with a challenge to find my water line going into my house. since it's not metal, its a bit more difficult to find. Mike came out and did his absolute best in trying to locate the line, but was still not 100% sure of it's location. He came up with a great idea that was not in the textbook and we located the waterline and fixed our issue immediately! Mike was a pleasure to work with and had a great attitude. You can truly tell that he enjoys what he does and likes solving a difficult problem! Thanks for being responsive and helping me out! Worth every penny!!!!

I highly recommend this company. Called them in a bind to get my utilities located and marked when 811 kept coming up short. They came next day and located my water line, main sewer clean-out, and gas line. He even put the depth throughout to show me how it changed across my front yard. Professional, reliable, great communication, and kind. Thank you Underground Detective!

Had me wait at the register for 10 mins while they argued which employee typed up my ticket wrong from electrical dept. and after confirming the price they still made me wait terrible experience I’m never in a hurry but this time I was and I was unhappy with how I was at fault

Home Depot subcontracted to Cool Ray And I have never been more disappointed in the service I received. The technician changed his story three times on work that needed to be done to my heating system from needing a new igniter to two different capacitors that needed to be changed or I would burn out my blower motor. I did not allow him to do any work and called a reputable company I have dealt with before and they told me there was nothing wrong with my system. if I were allowed to post this with zero stars I would.

The team from Atlanta's Best Insulation was on time, very tidy, and did a great job in assessing and restoring the insulation in our 3 attic spaces. They even pointed out a new roof leak from a backed up gutter for us to have it fixed straight away. We very much appreciated their help!
