Great job. I highly recommend this company. While shopping around I received several quotes from several different companies. However, after speaking with Grant my gut told me to go with Atlanta’s best insulation.

He was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and he guided me to correct solution. The installers arrived on time and were friendly and professional. I spot checked their work and could tell did a good job.

I also collected before and after metrics. On the day before the install, my upstairs HVAC unit ran for 3.5 hours. On the day of my morning install, with nearly identical outdoor temperatures when compared to the previous day, my unit only ran for 15 minutes!!!!!!!

My home feels much more comfortable & the energy savings will make this investment pay for itself in no time. Thank you Grant & the folks at Atlanta’s best.

Our older home (built 1955) had been struggling with keeping a consistent temperature. We knew we needed insulation work because our home inspector noted it before we closed. However, we had no idea where to start, and assumed the pricing would be astronomical.

ABI came to our rescue. From the very beginning the quote process was smooth, courteous, and professional. As other reviewers have noted, we were provided a sort of 'menu' of options and allowed to determine what solution fit our needs and budget with expert guidance along the way.

Install was similarly smooth. The crew was incredibly professional, and did a fantastic job of getting everything taken care of in a timely manner. This is the first time our house has held temperature consistently in probably the whole five years we've owned it!

I had Atlanta’s Best Insulation take care of an unusual insulation issue I had at my house. This project had to be coordinated with a roofing company. I am very impressed with how Grant conceptualized the problem, and offered a few solutions for me to consider. His communication was top-notch and most importantly the work was expertly executed. It’s becoming increasingly difficult these days finding expert contractors that practice ethically and actually care about doing the very best job possible. I believe this company puts their customers first with an old fashioned approach to customer care and craftsmanship. Companies like this are a dying breed and ought to be recognized so people that value this kind of approach can identify them. Thanks to Grant for a job well done on all accounts. I was taking care of getting an attic insulated for a friend who is selling a house and not in town. I am in the construction business but don't usually insulate and don't have time. I scheduled 4 quotes and Grant the owner was the most knowledgeable, professional and gave me the confidence to recommend him to my friend. Not only that, his prices were so much lower, I was able to suggest a couple needed options the others didn't even have or think of and still be well below the others.
It is up to her to decide to proceed at this point but if she does I will update after the work is completed.

Adrian and his team were polite, professional, and super tidy. I would highly recommend them! Can’t wait to see lower power bills due to our new insulation.

Well, I'm kind of a glass half empty type of guy expecting for things to go wrong. This was not the case. The whole service from beginning to end went smoothly. I'm incredibly happy with the service. Grant and Adrian both are 100%. Looking forward to working with them again.

Excellent work from beginning to end!

They came to measure my room for carpet, then when they came back with the quote they had my room dimensions as being 1 x 1 larger than the actual room is and from what the man who measured the room actually told me it was. When i asked for an explanation, they said they go off what dimensions are entered in the computer, which were off by a foot in each direction. Ended up with a refund for my measurement fee but no one seemed to care about the shady practice of adding square feet to my room in addition to the 20, extra they have to add to accout for seams.

I'd like to be able to say I had experienced atleast positive or negative customer service. But I frankly received none, I stood in front of the customer service desk for about 3 minutes without being acknowledged by the three women all standing back behind the counter. Mind you this was not returns but customers service. When I finally and kindly asked if I would be helped they dismissively without looking up said in a fea minutes, when one of them had seriously just been texting on there phone during the entirety of me standing there. All I had was wanting to ask simply what was the 1800 number for siding installation. They lost my business and future business which has always been substantial. Sad the corporate store is allowed to be so miserably managed and lack of customer service at there own front counter.

This is by far the worst Home Depot I have ever had the experience of working with. We purchased a new home, and came to home depot to pick out and have new blinds installed. That's what these places are for right? All in the our experience was a nightmare. They were late to do the measure for the order- like 5 hours late, they misplaced out order- then they found it and it took twice as long as they told us. When the order arrived (after we called them about 100000 times and no one knew what we ordered, or where it was, or anything every time we called) they left our entire order of blinds just sitting on our porch- awesome, we were told they would be sent to the installer and they would come get them. No one ever mentioned the fact that they would be dropped off with no warning and we would then have to lug them all inside and live with the boxes sitting on our floor for 2 weeks. They actual GUY that came and did the install seemed like a nice guy but the over all service by the home depot was absolutely embarrassingly poor. When we would get someone on the phone to talk to, they blamed everyone else they could besides themselves. Our blinds were WRONG. Instead of ordering 2 or even 3 separate blinds for windows that were next to each other they sent ONE GIANT blind that covered all of them. They look horrible. My husband ended up doing nothing about it because they were so difficult to work with it just isn't worth it. we will just have to order them from somewhere that knows what they are doing. The one blind that did have to be reordered because it didn't fit any window in our house at all showed up and we ended up having to install it ourselves as they never sent anyone to do it. They did finally call me to "check" on the blind and Ella the world's WORST customer service specialist said "we tried to call you"- no you absolutely didn't. You have my cell phone and even if I missed your call, there would be a record. GO ANYWHERE BUT THIS STORE, THEY RUINED OUR FIRST HOME'S WINDOWS.

Everything was perfect. I love the experience.
