My post was over due as I really wanted to say that we appreciated Moyo with assisting with our new roof. We had it installed last year. He was very thorough and well involved with making sure that we got the roof needed. I will say that he did great with customer service/concern and getting everything completed in timely manner.

Moyo and his team are very professional. I have used First Pro Roofing three times now. I am a lifelong customer. I’m a female homeowner who requires help with home maintenance and I always can rely on Moyo and his profession crew. I trust them immensely.

I hired them to redo my showers.
Moyo and his team are freaking amazing! Not only did they do an incredible job, they maintained cleanliness while doing it. It was like they were never there and I have new bathrooms all of a sudden! He was also very helpful in any ideas and went above and beyond helping with any design selection. He has a really good eye for it. Attaching some before and after as well!

We really appreciated the professionalism and attention to details and quality that the whole team at First Pro Roofing and Construction gave. My reno was fast and very smooth experience, and the final renovations finishes was amazing. Thank you so much Moyo for the great design help and quality from the whole team. We will definitely call them again for our next Project!

THE guy came in my home and told me I need a new system because my duck work was wrong and my system was old and it just need to be replace. when the sales guy came out he asked if the tech found a leak in my system and I told him no. he didn't check for one. he just was pushing for me to replace the unit. the sales guy told me my system was only a few years old based off the plate on the outside of the unit and sent the tech back out to check the system for a leak. turns out the system do not have a leak and only needs freon. smh the tech was try to sale me harder then the actually sales guy.

I asked the sales person and installation technician about the features I needed in my thermostat. I was assured by both that EcoBee could have smaller monitors placed in other rooms where I could choose which room I wanted the thermostat to work from like Google nest. That was not what im learning they installed. They do have smaller monitors but they only tell you what the temperature is in the other rooms which does me no good. Im very disappointed! The installation tech also took my nest so I cant even have someone else come in and reinstall it to my new unit.

Customer service has 9 stations and 1 attendant. Today, last week, last month....always!. Poor management, calling manager extension leads to endless rings. Hung up after 5 minutes!

Very fair price, insulation blown in under an hour. CoolRay salesman wasn’t pushy and helped us understand the tax breaks we had available to us. Technicians were courteous and efficient.

I don’t remember the guys name but he was very very nice and concerned about making sure the furnace was working properly, I have two pit bull dogs that are a little aggressive, this didn’t bother him one bit. He actually made friends with them, I was going to put them in their cage but he said no need. My house is crowded with 5 people and the dogs and a lot of stuff it didn’t bother him one bit, he was top notch 100% he deserves a raise!

I was sent a photo of the technician before he arrived for positive identification. He arrived on time and ready to work. He was polite and friendly and did an excellent job then cleaned up after himself. He also double checked to make sure everything was working properly.

Had my heat system routine serviced and an about 2 weeks later I noticed the heat was coming on. Called Coolray to come back to check it out and they did expeditiously. Both Technicians, the first one along with his supervisor explained what the issue was in a way I could understand and they resolved the issue. The customer service was top notch. Coolray does very good work and their customer service is consistently on point.

The technician was extremely helpful and explained everything, he said I need 2 lbs of freon that's it. I enjoyed my conversation with him, he was very friendly.
