Highly recommend Kobi and VKY Renovation! Kobi and his team completed an over the garage addition for a new master suite. Kobi is very detail-oriented and kept us up to date each week. He was extremely responsive to texts and phone calls and took care of any issues that arose immediately and professionally. He is simply an all around great guy who was wonderful to work with. We would not hesitate to hire Kobi again and recommend him without reservation!

Kobi was able to give us a beautiful renovation to our home. He renovated the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry in the house. We are so pleased with the outcome. He was always willing to work with us and make our vision come to life. He was reasonably priced for all the work done and a very honest person to work with.

I worked with VKY Renovation for my condo kitchen renovation and could not be more pleased! Kobi was attentive and considerate of any questions or concerns I had. Even though VKY works on much larger projects, I did not feel like my project was any less important. My questions were addressed promptly. The project took a bit longer than expected, but it was well worth the wait! I would gladly work with VKY Renovation for my next project.

We used VKY Renovation to renovate our entire home. Kobi/owner is who oversaw our project. He was nothing but professional. He would send us weekly updates of what was to be done. If we came across any hiccups (which if you've ever done any type of renovation, you are bound to come across something!) he would walk us through options, hear us out and proceed exactly how we wanted. He is not someone that nickles and dimes for things which was really refreshing. Obviously, if you add to your project or have to do something unexpected that costs more he has to put in a work order change but we would change small things here and there or pick different finishes and he never had an issue with it. He is very respectful and wants to ensure you're always 100% happy. If something needs to be touched up or isn't exactly how it should have been done he will no questions asked get his team to correct it. I would absolutely use him again. VKY did an amazing job on our kitchen renovation!! We had a complex project (took out a wall, completely gutted the kitchen, reinforced the garage header) and they did it all beautifully! Their crew was respectful and did great work all in the budget quoted at the beginning of the project.

don’t usually leave reviews, but VKY Renovation truly earned this one. I hired them to redo my master bathroom and completely renovate my kitchen in my Buckhead condo, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish.

Condo work can be a headache with HOAs, elevators, and strict rules, but Kobi handled everything without stress. He kept me updated, coordinated with the building, and made the whole process surprisingly easy.

The master bathroom looks like a spa now — beautiful tile work, clean lines, and a shower that feels like a hotel. The kitchen came out even better than I imagined: custom cabinets, new lighting, perfect countertops, and a layout that finally makes sense.

What I appreciated most was how they treated the place with respect and paid attention to every detail. It didn’t feel rushed or sloppy. It felt like they actually cared.

These guys are the best! I was in constant communication with Carlos and he was timely, courteous and professional. I didn’t feel like he was trying to low ball me or over price anything. I mostly respect these guys’ work ethic! I’ll be back for another project!
