Highly recommend!
I needed a full Reno on a project, Carlos and this team were really professional and walked me through the whole project, step by step. Very informative and quick to respond. For anyone who needs help with home repairs or home projects call A&D modern renovations.

It has been a pleasure doing business with A&D Modern Renovations LLC. When we contacted him, he came right away to give a fair estimate on a repair to our shower. And in the process, we got an estimate on sanding and repainting our kitchen cabinets. Another contractor wanted to demo them completely, but he was able to make them look brand new again for a fair price and it only took a few days. Next he’ll be working on our floors and A&D will be the first call we make going forward for any needed home improvements.

Unprofessional and unresponsive. If you have a renovation project you are looking to complete, look elsewhere.

Reached out to schedule an estimate last week and spoke with Carlos, he told me he would call me to follow up the following morning to set up an estimate appointment. The next morning came and went with no follow up call. I called him again over a day later and we set up an appointment for the following week.

The day of the appointment rolls around, and Carlos 1) did not show up and 2) was radio silent to my attempts to contact him. Completely ghosted me.

My experience with this company was terrible. Don't bother using them.

So where do I start? My previous contractors left me high and dry! But then a miracle happened! I found CARLOS! And when I tell you he saved my life is an understatement! He saved my business! At first I came to him about my concrete flooring that the previous plumbers completely destroyed. I told Carlos my situation and what happened to me. And he was the only one who understood my circumstance. He worked with me when others turned me down. Everyone I asked to help me said “no ma’am. I’m sorry. I can’t help you”. Not Carlos. He took on the job not knowing what could’ve popped up. And he started the next day. Not only did he fix my floors. But he fixed my water heater issue, he installed my sinks, as well as helped mentor me with other services that pretty much just wanted my money. I can’t express how much Carlos actually cared about not only the job. But me as a person. Most plumbers would charge you for just walking in the door. But Carlos was completely under budget. And I can’t thank him enough. If you all ever want to get things done and get them right….CALL CARLOS!! I could go on and on about how great he is!

We just had our basement bathroom finished. Juan and his crews were awesome, they did a wonderful job! Tiles in shower and flooring look gorgeous and the plumbing work was done very professionally. We added on some work to add washer and dryer in the basement along with drain pump for the bar sink and Juan was very accommodating to all of our needs. We would definitely work with A&D again for future needs and we definitely recommend Juan.

The most knowledgeable plumbing contractor I’ve ever had the privilege to work with. He came to remove an old toilet with really old lines and he did an excellent job!! It was quick and clean repair but what got me was we had another issue with a faucet as he was leaving and he stayed to repair it on the spot. He was honest, affordable and very knowledgeable about more than just plumbing. He gave me some advice on cabinets and saved me lots of $$$$ instead of trying to hustle me like most contractors and big brand businesses. I would definitely recommend this company to others and look forward to working with him again in the future on other fix n flip projects.

From day 1 working with Carlos he was on point, professional and responsive. I was adding a bed room and bathroom to my basement and my bathroom came out so good I had him completely renovate my master bathroom as well and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier I did. We had a major leak in an upstairs bathroom that damaged our kitchen ceiling below. Carlos &Walter exceeded our expectations during such a stressful time. I'm so grateful for their professional, precise work in the bathroom. Tile was installed with precision in both the bathroom and kitchen.

These guys are the absolute best. I tried installing the floor myself and got frustrated. I spoke to Carlos on a Thursday and he was was about to work me in for Saturday morning. Antonio showed up and showed up and showed out. I absolutely LOVED my new floor!! Thanks A&D Modern Renovations for helping me keep my sanity lol by installing my beautiful floor.

Carlos, Walter and their team were excellent. We had a very tight schedule for an unexpected bathroom renovation due to flooding. Not only was the work stunning, they were great with communication on timelines and expenses. Very happy with the final results and they finished ahead of schedule! Hired A&D to do a full expansion and remodel of an existing jack and Jill Bathroom as well as help level out a sagging floor in a bedroom.

Carlos and Walter were amazing, a lot of communication and extremely hard working. He's very upfront about material costs and delivers receipts with his invoicing. They got everything done within 4 weeks and made no excuses and had no no-show days. Two very important aspects to a good general contractor. All of their subcontractors were respective that it was a finished home and non-disruptive (as much as they could be).

Highly recommend them for whatever you've got going on at your house.
