This company by far you don't want to use. David the owner of 50 Electric LLC with his partner Lucas, starter a job for me and never finished what was agreed upon besides David, being very aggressive when address about the situation. He decided to be very problematic and above all very disrespectful with me, his partner Lucas, which appear to be very passive decided not to speak out loud when address about the situation.He decided to stay quiet and let the owner in his behalf. Neither of them ever reached out for the concern or show any care about what was originally agreed upon.

My experience with Gerald was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would recommend him to anyone needing electrical work.

I had used some green logo company in the past and they had me all screwed up. Smoking and sizzling. I called up 50 States and Gerald P. was top notch. He was able to give me great up front pricing and he got my panel changed out to the current code compliant spec. Gerard was found through the Home Depot referral process. He was totally awesome. Unlike some HD referrals who are unlicensed handymen operating under the umbrella of a company owner's license, Gerard himself is licensed and knows his stuff. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it, explaining as he went along, which most workers are not interested in doing. He was clean, polite, professional. He answered all my many questions. He helped me tee up future repairs. I let my association know about him so other owners could contact him. thanks!

Horrible experience. Lucas was my electrician. He came to my house two days and was very late each time. the first day, he only did a couple of hours of work and then asked if he could leave early, to which of course I said that he could. I spent over a $1200 with him. He installed recessed lights and the same day that he left I contacted him and told him that the lights were flickering. He scheduled a day, a week later to return and he did not show up. No call No show. I continued to try to contact him and he would not respond to any of my messages or my call. He eventually did return my message (not even a phone call about a week later and scheduled another appointment with me for another week later, to which again he did not show up. The next time that I attempted to contact him he had blocked my number. He then a third time contacted me by message only and scheduled a third appointment for another week later to which he again did not show for a third time. I thought that he was a nice young man and we had great conversation while he worked and he even ate food and drank my coffee that I prepared both days that he came to work. But I did not pay for companionship, I paid for a service. If you use this company, do not use Lucas. Poor customer service. Now I have to pay someone else to see why the lights are flickering. I will also be contacting the better business bureau. I would give zero stars if it would let me. I contacted 50 Electric and was told that he does not work for their company but he is misrepresenting himself and using their company name. They also said that he was not knowledgeable enough to do electrical work which is why he no longer works for them.

Wonderful company. I had a breaker go bad in my apartment, causing some arcing. Gerald came out and looked at it, and kindly explained to me what was happening and recommended replacing the entire breaker panel,as the bad breaker had welded itself to the breaker bar, and other breakers were damaged from the heat/ arcing electricity.

After getting a solid quote, I shopped around just to see if anyone else could do it cheaper. I found 50 states had the best price by far. For the initial consultation Gerald was quick, on-time and effecient. But above all, they care about the safety of their customers.

I had called back inquiring if they could just replace the one breaker- a temporary patch but much cheaper from a college student's perspective. They very kindly but firmly refused to do it. They weren't comfortable putting a band-aid on a bullet hole, and I don't think I've met a company with more inegrity. I feel like anyone else would have taken my money, and not cared if my house burned down two months later. Good for them for sticking to their professional know-how and protecting me from my own dumb butt. I'll be back to book an appointment to get my whole panel replaced when I gather the money together. (Read, petition the parents) 10 stars!

Gerald exceeded our expectations when he installed all of our electrical for our brand new deck. He was always on time, and his communication was superb. We have already recommended 50 States to multiple friends, and will use them again.

I ran into a last minute electrical problem with my remodel and forgot to have a dedicated line installed for my kitchen applicants.

Gerald was able to come the same day and stayed late into the evening to have the problem resolved prior to the installation of my kitchen cabinets the following morning.

Gerald was extremely professional and had fair & transparent pricing. He was well dressed and not did not look like someone that just came off the street with ripped jeans.

Gerald was very tidy and meticulous and cleaned up after himself. Many times I have had someone over to do a job and the contractor did not clean up debris, drywall dust, etc but Gerald picked everything up as he was working without me even having to ask.

I have found my electrician for all my "electric" projects! Gerald arrived on time. He was so nice and had a calm nature that my cat and dog loved. He protected my wood floors while he uninstalled my 20 years old ceiling fan with light kit. I was so impressed that he was made it do easy to install the new Haiku Fan with light. Thanks Gerald!

Gerald is polite, prompt, and professional. He is knowledgeable and does excellent work. He cleans the area after the work done; his prices are reasonable; and he accommodates your time needs. Gerald is now my "go to" electrician. I highly recommend him.

I cannot thank Gerald enough!! Very honest, prompt, professional, he went way out of his way to help me deal with GA Power (after thorough inspection of my house to determine the issue was most likely on GA Power end). Gerald is more than willing to help you (beyond your expectation!), very calm, kind, polite, unselfish, reasonable charge, with solid knowledge and skills. As the company claims, it truly gave me peace of mind during this difficult situation (my issue, instability of electric flow throughout the house, turned out to be "transformer" failure of GA Power line, affecting my neighbors on the same street also. Lady across the street went to other electric company and spent her fortune to replace her entire electric system which didn't solve the issue. When I contacted Gerald with the same issue, he told me to first contact GA Power to have them inspect for free and helped me through it with the process). This is the second time I used 50 States Electric. Gerald beats everybody to come serve you as quickly as possible too. THANK YOU!!!
