A storm knocked down some tree branches which in turn knocked down some powerlines. Those lines pulled our powerbox from the side of our house, Bright Idea had someone out at my house the next day. Once they were able to start working, it only took a few hours to repair.

I was overcharged for a service that my ac is still not wired properly. I highly recommend to not do business with people who are just in it to get paid and not complete the job properly. It’s all good never again.

Listen yall, this company is absolutely the best electric company yet! Marsh was extremely amazing, he solved the issues I was having in the rental home I'm in. I had to get a new AC unit due to the old 1 going bad, while the AC company did a horrible job at installing, that it messed up the electricity in the home. Electrical burnt smell throughout the house and water pouring out the AC unit like a waterfall. Bright Idea came in and Marsh identified the issues within 20 min. Of course the process toke a while to resolve due to rental company having to get approval from the owners. Nevertheless it was fixed and Marsh fixed an additional problem that he came across, along the way 🙄 😳 This home is better than ever thanks to this amazing company! BTW customer service rep extremely sweet and helpful with scheduling, talk about knowing your employees 🥰 She did that! 💯 The owner isn't afraid to buckle up and take on a task for the team, talk about amazing people 👏🏽

Bright Idea installed a new ceiling fan box and ceiling fan in my son's bedroom. The quote was extremely reasonable, they communicated quickly and clearly, and the electrician showed up on time and did an excellent job. We are in Roswell. I wholeheartedly recommend using this company.
