Jamaal was very friendly & knowledgeable about the breaker panel needing replaced . He also let me know when it is changed the power will be out for a free hours so that I can make accommodations with me & my 11 month old during that time.

The technician that came out to service me was Marsh Allen. He was wonderful. He was on time. He was professional. He worked very fast and I'm very pleased with my service and I would highly recommend them.

Needing a meter repair I called Bardi to come out for an estimate. The rep that showed up tried to sell me everything other than the requested repair. Basically a full on electrical service I didn't need. I kept asking the rep why couldn't he quote me an estimate for just a repair? He stated he couldn't find a price for a repair in his app. The service prices he did quote were astronomical! Thousands of dollars!

I ended up calling Bright Idea and Jamal showed up. I told him what GA PWR said I needed, he quoted me a good price and even took off a little something extra. His office handled the necessary actions needed to get the repair and inspection scheduled with GA PWR.
My total experience was a positive, seemless one.

I am thankful I chose this company and I would recommend them if you need an electrical service from a company that won't try and sell you something you don't need or clean out your bank account.

My experience with Bright Idea Electric was amazing! Marsh was very informative on what needed to be done. He was very quick and truly experienced on the task at hand. He was a gentleman and cleaned all areas as he went along. The service as great from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future for all my electrical needs.

I called yesterday and spoke to Jamaal and right away he was able to come the next day and help me with the part of my house that didn’t have power. He is very nice and knowledgeable and knew exactly the cause of the problem I was having. Everything got fixed super fast and efficiently. Jamaal made sure everything was working properly and gave me some tips on how to save with the electricity bill because since I’m a first time homebuyer I had questions. This is a great company and great employees! If you need a knowledgeable and friendly electrician I highly recommend this company!

Please fire the person driving the truck this morning with the license plate RJR 3660. He or she is a completely reckless driver, which is about the dumbest thing you can do when the name of your company and the phone number are written large as life on the back of your truck. If that's the kind of person representing your business, you need to fire them. I certainly wouldn't be eager to use your services after that. When I'm already going 60 miles per hour in a 55 zone for him to be tailgating me so closely is reckless, rude, and quite frankly a pathetic display of testosterone that is constantly leading to crashes on our roads. I wouldn't want somebody like that representing my business.

On Call was great, knowledgable and professional! Mike and Abner were on time and on purpose, and did not hesitate to fix a variety of issues.

Max was thorough and worked quickly to determine my problem and install a new LED overhead light my Kitchen. Price was very reasonable and I would employ On Call Electric again for any electrical problems.

Just wanted you to know that your electricians finished up and did a great job for us. Max was certainly a pleasant young man with knowledge and respect shown to us at every turn. His partner was delightful too but I don’t remember his name!! Thank you for such prompt and good service.

I've used On Call Electric twice and both times was very impressed. Max showed up early for the appointment after calling to check if that was OK, then explained what he would be doing before starting the installation. He was also extremely nice to my dogs as they were jumping all over him and running around.

I used On Call to review to fix some of the higher priority issues on my new home based on the inspection report. They were able to provide me a quick and thorough quote. The technicians were timely and did a great job working through all of our issues.

Had OnCall rewire my entire house. Over the weekend we had to turn a breaker off and when we went to turn it back on it started sparking. We have to leave this breaker turned off (which was the power source for basically our entire kitchen) until they can come out which is an entire week from now. This is considered an emergency since it can cause a fire and they won’t make it a priority. It is also their responsibility to make this right since we had them rewire our house to make it SAFE. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
