This is the second time I’ve called 1st Generation Electric LLC and each time has been exceptional. The first time, they came promptly, diagnosed the issue, got the parts, fixed it, and charged me reasonable prices.

U always wonder if these reviews are from real people. Well, this one is definitely for real. I called Brian for help with flickering lights and a loss of power throughout half of the house And he was great. He was funny, thoughtful, knowledgeable and patient. And he correctly diagnosed the problem, then waited with me for the utility company to come and work on the problem outside. He also spent time helping me come up with cost-saving solutions after they left. I felt listened to, supported and like I was in the hands of a professional who cared. I would highly recommend Brian, and I would definitely hire him again!

I don’t even know where to start. From start to finish Brian went above and beyond to get our ice cream machine up and running. Does great work, quick turn around on the estimate and getting the job done!

Brian came out and installed a Level 2 charger for me. Required rejigging the box, sending wire to the exterior of the house, and hard wiring the charger. All around great dude and experience (for a great price too).

If you are looking for local electrician in the Tri-Cities (or Atlanta), highly recommend!
