I decided after my first job request, my Electrician would be Mr. Wise Electric for any electrical needs: well this is my 5th or 6th time using Mr. Wise Electric. I had a flood light erratically blinking, I called to schedule an appointment for the repair to resolve the issue. They were able to place me on the schedule to replace the light. Once again Mr. Wise to the rescue; job well done. Thank you.

Mr. Nelson was amazing! I had been without hot water for hours, called several electricians with no luck- called Mr. Wise and He came on time, worked promptly- and restored the hot water in my home. Prices were reasonable and the service was quick and professional. Thank you and I will def be using this company again for any future requests.

Highly recommend Wise Electric. Live in an old home in VaHi and have used some of the larger companies for a renovation and smaller ones for some minor work. Wise has been far and away the best to work with. Fair pricing and very. Nice crew. I must have had them replace 100 outlets and switches among other things and they were great.

Awesome company!!! I called them on a Saturday from a storm damage. A big oak tree pulled my meter box from the house and took my power lines down. Ga.power replaced my pole and power lines on Friday. I called Mr Wise on Saturday and he sent someone out within an hour or so to replace my meter box. Affordable pricing! Professional work! I contacted Mr. Wise Electric and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within minutes on an early Saturday morning. Mr. Nelson was professional yet personable upon greeting me. I explained that a light fixture in my child's room had fallen. He was immediately concerned about safety, and we set an appointment for the same day. He arrived as planned, expeditiously assessed the situation, and completed the work. The fixture was back up securely, and working properly and safely within minutes. I was very satisfied with the initial repair as well as a light switch that needed attention in my kitchen! This visit was just a blessing. In addition, Mr. Nelson was just as nice in person as over the phone. We felt that we were treated fairly, kindly and with integrity. Mr. Wise Electric is certainly my family's choice for electrical issues and I would recommend Mr. Wise Electric to anyone in need of residential or business needs.

Mr Wise Electric was very prompt on sending someone to my house on such short notice. They sent out an electrician, Chuck, to come diagnose the issue and immediately knew the solution and quickly resolved. They were very kind and respectful and offered great advice. The price for the service was also very reasonable. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!

I have used Mr. Wise three times. He has replaced two light fixtures in my house. He repaired an outside wire that became unprotected when I had a tree cut down. He went through the requirements of getting a permit to do the work. His prices are very reasonable and he does excellent work. I highly recommend him for any electrical work needed. He his honest and on time with his appointments.

We upgraded our service with a new panel box and outside service to the road. Everything went as planned. AJ Nelson was very courteous and knowledgeable in his field. I was able to receive assistance from AJ. AJ had showed a willingness to help from our initial call. He provided advice and details on things to try on my own first before scheduling the appointment.

AJ was able to identify my electrical issue after performing some troubleshooting and paid attention to detail. He identified the cause of my issue, that being a faulty installation of wiring from the home builder. AJ made the fix and explained the details along the way.

Great electricians, but scheduling one is a hassle. They may show up or not. When I used them the first time was pre- covid. I was very happy with the jobs they did . They installed large LED lights in my garage and a beautiful, glitzy light in my master closet. But trying to get them for electrical issues now is horrible. So, I used someone else and the installed new fixtures switch stopped working within a few days. So, I called Mr. Wise. I got stood up by Darius (a great master electrician). I got up early each day thinking he was on his way. I am a retired senior, so I don't mind rising early. This week alone, I was stood up several times with various excuses. The office contact, AJ is frazzled. I don't know what he does. If you ask him for a quote or a date, he just refers you to the electrician in the field who is working. He has no idea that their system is broken. He answered the phone so irritated. He said "contact the electrician at the number he leaves you via text; I can't do everything!". The problem is the electricians rarely answer because they are working. This leads to missed appointments because they don't write or log anything down. Noone schedules an appointment through the office. In addition, the service call rate went from $125 to $175. I still think that's reasonable, given the fact that everything has gone up. I've used Mr. Sparky in the past for very serious issues, however, they are very expensive and my budget is not what it was when I was working full- time. But, Mr. Sparky is highly professional. I was so content when I found Mr. Wise. Anyway, it's now Saturday. My tecnician, Darius, scheduled an appointment on Friday for my service on Saturday, 11/9/2024 at 9:30 am. He also confused me with another customer with the same first name. He called at 9:51 am Saturday morning and left a vm, stating he forgot that he had an appointment for his work van at the dealership. Again, the office let's the electricians schedule their own appointments. Wow! I asked him to come after the appointment or dispatch another electrician. He claimed he'd called the office to see if anyone was available. The office has not called me. So, I will find another affordable electrician. Hopefully, a good one. Maybe, they have an actual office person to schedule the customer's appointments. I'm sad to say, Mr. Wise has lost a customer.

Squirrel chewed through a power cable that sent a high voltage to the house and almost created a fire situation. Called AJ in near panic, he answered on a Saturday night! He sent Darius out that night itself, who told me what to do. 2 days later, Darius came back and installed a new panel. Just amazing work, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wish we had more companies like this!
