Scott and Ivan were courteous and professional as they installed an external outlet for my sump pump. Scott knew immediately what needed to be done and took the time to explain the estimate and the game plan for the day.

We had a tree fall pulling the power lines out of a rental house on a Tuesday morning knocking out the power. I was able to get 3 reputable Electricial Firms to come out and to let us know how to repair the damage and get service restored. All 3 agreed the existing meter box could not be reconnected. All three agreed a new box would need to be installed on the outside of the home. After reviewing them we decided to go with Pat Murphy Electric.
Joseph was the gentleman who came out to see our damage, offer a very competitive solution, and repair our damage. Because of the extent of damage we had to permit the job. We were told that would slow down the repair.
He was on the job Thursday morning and by Friday evening power was restored.
He did a great job working with us and our tenants. I highly recommend Joseph and the entire Pat Murphy Firm!

Scott and Ivan did an excellent job today. They installed six new outdoor lights. Several required being up two stories on my house. And they uncovered issues that had not been handled correctly when the original lights were installed. Scott is very knowledgeable and takes the time to educate the customer. He and Ivan also performed safety inspection of breaker box which uncovered still more issues that I need to resolve. Great job great company!

Joseph arrived at the designated time, having called 10 minutes in advance to confirm. He listened patiently to our concerns and took pains to ensure that he fully addressed our problem quickly and efficiently.

Joseph and his Darwin arrived at my house on time and prepared to help reconnect some pendent lights in my master bathroom. They did a quick and excellent job. Good communication and professional.

From start to finish, Scott Thompson did a terrific job for us installing outdoor patio lights. He conferred with us on what we wanted to do, explained clearly and patiently how we needed to prep things (including what lights to buy) and came back a few days later to do the installation-. We had some additional tasks for him and his assistant--both outside and then inside, checking various light fixtures not working--which he again carefully diagnosed and explained what was needed. He was at all times friendly, courteous and professional. We will contact him when we have all the needed materials and are ready to roll. We look forward to working with Scott again.
