Izzy and his team are professional and easy to work with. I greatly appreciated Izzy’s attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way to ensure no issues in the future. I took away one star only because the scheduling could’ve been better. There were instances when someone wouldn’t arrive until hours after their confirmed time which was at times an inconvenience. Fortunately, Izzy was prompt in response and communicative. Overall, a pleasant contractor experience however there’s room for improvement in regards to scheduling. I was pleased with the work done in my bathroom.
