The powderpuff team did great! I had booked a house cleaning As a surprise for my mothers birthday in Atlanta ga and she loved it! She was so happy with their work.

Had them come for a move-in clean. They get here and say they’re here for the move-in clean, what do I want done. I tell them the obvious and get a call within an hour and a half saying they’re done. Get home and the floors are still dirty. Windows are still dirty. Cobwebs all over. Not sure what they actually did but that was a waste of over $300.

First time using a maid service, I can not be more pleased! They were very fast and efficient. Safe to say, my apartment has never been cleaner!

If you can get Bethany to do your cleaning service- I swear you will never be happier in your life. She is so friendly, professional, kind, and easy to talk to. She was punctual, communicative, efficient, and my house is spotless. No corner left unswept, every nook and cranny is bright and clean. Great job, will use again and again!

Powderpuff Maids showed up when I needed them most! We had renovations done and the contractors didn't clean up after themselves but Yolanda and Lettie were happy to take on the task and did a great job! Everyone at Powderpuff was understanding of our situation and willing to work with us on last minuet changes. Thank you Powderpuff Maids!

I love this service. The online scheduling, and auto-schedule (if you want to do automatic monthly, biweekly, etc) make this really easy. I can be away at work and they come in via my garage code so I don't even have to worry about changing my work schedule to accommodate the service. A team of 2 usually cleans my 2 bed, 2 1/2 bath townhome in 2-3 hours and it looks great when I get home. Easy online payments, scheduling, and communication.

I am sharing this because these reviews are so good and that was not my experience. I trust google reviews so my review will reflect the truth of what occured. I paid to have an 800 sq.ft. apartment cleaned. They sent us a laundry list of things to do beforehand to be ready for the maids. They also told us we would have a final walkthrough with the maids. Our time period was 12 noon to 2 p.m. They got here at 12:47. The lady at the office said that 12 - 2 is a range of when they would show up. I didn't know that before. Everywhere else this was listed as an appointment time.

We did not get a walkthrough or even a call when they were done. At 3:31 I get the email that my card has been charged and that was my first clue that they were done. We made sure to leave as they said the maids work best when left alone in their list of things to expect during the visit. So we went back home and did the walkthrough ourselves. Here are things that were not done:

1. Floors were not mopped. In the information sent, we were cautioned to not mark up floors during the final walkthrough as they would be wet so we had our socks on, not shoes and there was debris. The floor was not swept or mopped and there were still smudges on the floor. There was also still debris on the floor.
2. They did not reach under furniture to clean. Underneath the couch and the bed were not cleaned.
3. None of our tabletops had been wiped down.
4. The dishes were not washed.

I did call to have them back. They were at another house so they said it would take another hour. I was thinking maybe they left because they had another appointment and ours was taking too long but when they came back they told me they could not see where the complain was so - I pointed out several spots on the floor. There was a language barrier so they handled the spots only, did not mop. I am still floored by this. How was this a deep clean which is what I paid for? About the dishes - the man at the office said they only load dishwashers. That was not stated in the agreement. We do not have a dishwasher. So while they did most of the cleaning, I still had lots to do in the days after they left. I will not be using this service again.

Hands down the best cleaners in Atlanta! We previously used Green Maids but I was never satisfied. Once I decided to switch I was impressed by how much better they were! They really pay attention to the small details and go above and beyond!

The ladies were professional and thorough with cleaning my bathrooms. I didn't get my hopes up since the condition of my bathroom wasn't the best but they were able to make everything, especially the floors look brand new! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and use their services again.

I’ve never used a cleaning service before but Powder Puff has set a high bar for future encounters. I needed to clean my condo before selling. The cleaners arrived on time and worked their magic. Seriously, they must have used some magic formula on my bathtub because there’s no way my girlfriend or I could ever have gotten it that clean.
The cleaners did a fantastic job, did it in their time frame, and were pleasant the whole time.

Looking for a good house cleaning service in Atlanta has been tough. I went through 5 difficult cleaning companies before I got too PowderPuff Maids. It was super easy to schedule online and they were actually able to come the next day! It was such s short notice that I was worried that the maids maybe rushing but nope! They did an awesome job and I am now on a monthly schedule. I couldn't recommend them more!

This is the most unprofessional cleaning service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend ever using Powderpuff maids. We scheduled a move-out cleaning and the maids left the premise without telling anyone before they started any cleaning. They didn’t even close the front door when they left! We scheduled another cleaning session and the company canceled 1 hour before the maids were supposed to show up. They were not able to find anyone to clean our house before we moved out and left us scrambling. I have truly never experienced such poor service.

While I've had "hits & [seldom] misses," the vast majority of the folks have been amazing. I feel it is finding that individual that pairs with one's expectations. I've had phenomenal luck with PowderPuff Maids and will continue to work with them. Not only are the "boots on the ground" folks great, scheduling crew are extremely responsive via email for changes in my personal schedule as meetings arise. I recommend.

I selected the Moving In or Out / Deep Cleaning option

The place was empty and relatively tidy to begin with. I included "nooks and crannies" and "shower heads" in the "What can we do to make this the best cleaning you could ever ask for?" section.

The pictures are after one individual spent 2.5 hours in a 1,000 sq ft space and an additional 30 minutes addressing specific callouts after I returned (dusty baseboards, stuff visible on the windows, dirty backsplash and others). There was no indication cleaning supplies had been used - I'd expect to at least smell bleach or something in the bathrooms.

The areas in the pictures were cleaned on my own, using Lysol wipes, in about 10 minutes. The faucet nozzle pictures are before and after cleaning it myself.

Customer service offered to have the person return, but the fact they don't offer refunds (it's stated on their webpage up front so I didn't ask for it) know you are signing up to spend your time on site managing the process at which point you may as well be doing it yourself.

I had a team of two, an older couple, doing my deep cleaning. Sadly, it was the worst I’ve ever had. They left so many plain-sight spaces unclean, which I noticed pretty immediately. And as I kept looking at the nooks and crannies, it only got worse. Dirty baseboards, filmy mirrors, uncleaned mirrors, dirty countertops everywhere, dusty bathroom floors. Endless. It just showed they didn’t do a *deep* cleaning at all. (I’ve had multiple cleaners who have done regular cleanings exceed their work.) They did a four hour cleaning — according to the online description — in less than two! I did provide the feedback to the business the next day and their solution was to ask me *exactly* what they skipped so the same cleaners could fix it. It was an impossible question when they skimmed everything. It’s up to me to find over 2 hours worth of undone work that’s supposed to cover the lesser seen spots? I was overwhelmed with just the *obvious* spots!

They came back out to tackle the items I listed, which the owner/manager said would take an hour. They were gone in 20. And I still was uncovering uncleaned spots after attempt #2. It really broke my heart to spend all that money and they still didn’t get it right despite taking up their “service guarantee.” Another cleaning company came by for a quote and noted the carelessness of this crews throughout the house. They felt so bad that I was jipped, they did a discounted deep cleaning to fix the situation. Honestly, I should’ve accepted nothing but a refund from PowderPuff Maids.

If you have cleanliness standards and your money means anything to you, I encourage you to not book here. Every other company I’ve used or independent cleaner has done better, even accounting for more basic services.

Update: In response to owner comments, I left the review and about 5 mos after the service, which was 12/22/21. But that doesn’t matter or change anything. Especially since they were given the chance to fix it, as she says she wished they could’ve done. I allowed the same cleaners back into my home as they offered to fix the issue, but my instincts were right in that they’d give about the same level of poor attention as they did before. What am I going to do, keep running cycles and insist the same individuals come back out? Anyway, all of the above is just word to the wise. Thankfully, the cleaning support I’ve had since then further proves it was just a one-off (yet pricey) transaction of bad service. And we win some, we lose some.

Pros - When the cleaners did their job, they cleaned really well.

Cons - Some of their cleaners are awful. One occasion a single cleaner showed up and left after 45 minutes without touching the bathrooms at all and I got changed full price. On another, they ran over one of my lights and didn’t mention at all. There were a number of smaller issues and it just became obvious that they don’t care if their cleaners are actually using their time in your house well.

As a side note, I had everything they did on video and the owners didn’t care.
