Professionals all the way around. Being new to the city, I had originally hired one of the national chains. But come cleaning day, they didn't even show. Come to find out, despite clear instruction to call when they arrived and I would run through the parking options, she wasn't going to pay to park! So she left after chewing out the guy at the front desk. Amazingly JUST AS ALL OF THAT OCCURRED I got a follow up from here! It's all about timing
