Ramone and the rest of the customer service team live up to the hype!! I had Safe Dry come out and had some concerns after the first visit. Everyone could not have been better to work with. They sent out Ramone and he worked his magic on the area of concern and I could not be happier.

Ramone did a fantastic job, he’s very professional, and efficient! He also is very friendly and will make you feel comfortable is able to answer any questions and concerns that I had. I would 10/10 use Ramone specifically again to work on my carpet and appreciate how effective he was!

Safe Dry did a wonderful job job in cleaning my carpets, the technician was quite accommodating and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them especially if you have areas that get a lot of foot traffic like hallways and any carpets under a bar or near kitchen doorways near carpeted dinning rooms. Amazing difference!

Excellent take-in service! 5 stars to Christopher. Christopher came to home and analyzed 6 rugs, some wool and some synthetic fibers, and advised on different treatments. we were able to decide feeling well-informed on what your company does. We appreciate good clear communication as happened yesterday. looking forward to seeing our rugs in much better/cleaner shape than before!!

Christopher and Fiona were wonderful to work with. We were able to have a quote same day and they were flexible on timing with our shifting dates. We needed chairs, cushioned filing cabinets and cubicle walls steam cleaned. We had the work completed today and it took just about an hour. We will definitely use them again in the future. I definitely recommend them for your office cleaning needs.
