Things were stolen from my home… you must watch closely and when brought to the boss Athemba’s attention she tried to protect her employee and say i gave those things to her… I was giving if a lot of clothing.. taking advantage of a senior is horrible. I’m out of over $500 worth of linen. This is a felony

I’ve used Spot of Perfection for two homes for move out cleaning and each time they did an amazing job. Very thorough, on time, and professional!

I was being charged $450 plus $170 fir carpet cleaning. The cleaners don’t speak English and don’t understand what you’re saying. The house wasn’t cleaned at all. The owner sent them back out after I told her they did a poor job and the job still wasn’t done. She offered me 10% off of a horrible service that was never rendered. The cleaners put in google translate that they were never informed of a deep cleaning so basically I was going to be charged for regular service at high end prices. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I uploaded photos of the house I was moving into after they said they cleaned my house. THERES NO WAY

I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this company. They did not finish the job and I had to go back and forth with the owner, Athemba, about the job even after I sent pictures and video of the unfinished job. The first time they came to clean, the house smelled like a whole lot of bleach and they left before I could fully examine the house. Once I did walk through, and saw there was too much they missed, I called Athemba and we agreed on a time they could return before my tenant moved in. They did not arrive at the agreed time and I wasn’t even contacted that they would be coming at a different time! They just showed up when they chose! However, I gave them grace. I walked through the second time and still saw they missed stuff even after I put sticky notes in the places that needed attention! I was aware my house had wear and tear and stains that may not come out, however when I took my Mr Clean magic eraser and wiped in certain places, dirt came up. I was literally scrubbing my tub and shower after they came out twice! They left cobwebs and there was an entire cabinet that was untouched!!! I chose this company because Athemba said it would be move in ready and it was not. She would not call me to discuss the matter and practically dismissed what I saw with my own eyes and captured on camera! She did give a partial refund, but nowhere near what I requested. Ultimately, the job was not complete, the customer service was subpar, and They are not qualified for deep cleanings. Despite my unpleasant experience, Many blessings to Athemba and her team and may they learn to better accommodate their customers who are entrusting them to bring convenience and cleanliness to their homes.
