Our cleaner Liz was great! She cleaned my apartment around the holidays as well as our move out clean. Super easy and efficient.

Dust all over furniture, no mopping completed, oven not cleaned, came late. I really wouldn't recommend this company to any family. Yes I have pictures to prove it that I sent to the company. Yes they text me to tell me they would be late and my Ring camera documented when they actually arrived.

Yerica and her team did a great job cleaning our home. They worked quickly, were friendly and professional, and asked exactly what I wanted to have done.

The service I received from this cleaning company was standard at best. For starts, I booked online and specifically chose the move in-move out since it entailed cleaning of certain appliances including the stove. Now, I want to mention that the property had already been mildly cleaned during move out. So the refrigerator, microwave, and parts of the bathroom were areas of the property that did not need cleaning so the job was a pretty simple one to begin with.

Now let’s get into the agents timing..

I waited at the property during the scheduled time window so that I could walk the agent through a few things such as parking and how ti easily navigate through the building but unfortunately the agent didn’t show up on time and I was told that she was going to be another 30 mins in which I could not stick around for.

After the cleaning was done the property was left unlocked (even though she was provided a door code) and although the property was cleaned, the one area that needed cleaning which was the stove- wasn’t even touched.

I’m displeased with the overall service and job. If it was something to be added on, the company should’ve noted that in the description. It was misleading and a waste of time and money, considering that the inside of the stove was the most important and only area that needed cleaning. More importantly, if the agent had been on time, we could’ve had a discussion and I could’ve added it on at that time.

Prior to posting this review I contacted the company, and simply got a “sorry for the inconvenience”.

The quality of the clean was excellent 👌🏾 she was detailed, washed and put away dishes, covered high touch surfaces, cleaned under our center tables and mopped the floor on her way out. I was skeptical about hiring a cleaner at first but this experience changed my mind. Our home was feeling brand new! I definitely plan on using FYC cleaning services again.

So far we are super happy. Ms Johnson is so nice!! I’d pay just to have her come in and brighten the mood! 🤣 It’s just nice to see someone happy to be working. Thank you!
